Easy, breezy!

One night stay. Attended a concert at the Amphitheater. So late arrival a few hours sleep and early out in the morning. Breakfast to go bag was a life saver and the coffee bar too! Breakfast looked great I wish I had more time.

Breakfast ran short quite a few times way before it was suppose to end so u had to wait. Wish the pool stayed open longer & had pool towels available with out having to ask the front desk.

Thank you for the 5 Star review!!! We apologize that you had to wait for the breakfast buffet to be refilled. It was an extremely busy weekend and the staff tried very hard to keep up. Our pool hours are necessary because we have sleeping rooms located right above the pool area. These guests can be disturbed by people in the pool after 10pm. We appreciate your understanding!

Pros: The room was comfortable and it was sooo nice that it had the thermostat controller on the wall. So it was nice to be comfortable.
Cons: No need. It was very nice and comfortable
Location: Its walking distance to Ontario Mills and several bars and eateries
When I checked in the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. When I got to my room I was surprised how clean and nice the room was. The restroom/ shower was clean and nice... with a lot of towels, thank goodness. There is a underground parking area which can only be accessed with your room card and was nice because at about 10pm the parking lot was full, but there was still plenty of parking.

Great Hotel

This is the 2nd time we stay here, and it's just nice, quiet, clean, budget price, close to shopping centers, different food options and fast food restaurants. And the staff at the hotel are super nice.. So far it is the best hotel we have stayed in Ontario Ca..

Unethical hotel staff, must argue for a receipt

Pros: Business center had a printer.
Cons: Get a new manager with a good history of experience. Or, Hampton Inn is next door. It is a 100 times better than this place.
Location: Good shops and eateries near by
Hotel will only issue a letter head with no description or amount and not a final bill at check out. I had to argue with the entire staff and the manager. Their explanation is the computer won't print a final bill even if there is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card for miscellaneous items. In addition, even if you prepay for the room through expedia, they still demand a $200 USD deposit at the time of check in. The food was gross. Potatoes were uncooked, eggs tasted like water, waffles batter was watery. Internet was so slow I had to go across the street to Starbucks to get my work done.

We apologize that we were unable to provide you with a zero balance final bill upon your departure. Reservations made through Expedia or other Internet companies are paid for directly to those companies and not to the hotel. The hotel cannot provide a receipt because we were not the company who received payment for the room. We do take a $50 authorization on a credit card or a $200 cash deposit for any potential incidentals however this is a hold only and nothing is actually charged on your room to display on a receipt. The receipt that is generated shows no transactions and so no balance is displayed. We are sorry that this did not meet your needs.

Good hotel close to a lot of shops

It was a nice affordable hotel very clothes to shops and restaurants. Free breakfast was not the most delicious but a nice little perk.

I really like where this hotel is located. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. My check in was easy and quick. The only problems I had was the room being so small, and there was no more parking at the end of the night. I went inside to inform the clerk and they had no problem with me leaving my car in front so that problem was solved quickly. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you country inn & suites!
