On a trip with appointments/meetings around the Ontario and La Verne areas, this proved an outstanding choice as a hub. Convenient to transportation (freeways, Ontario airport, main local arteries), shopping and a wide variety of eating establishments. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Service both at the desk and for room cleaning/upkeep was professional and courteous.

Very loud- road noise. Was cleanish but didn’t smell great. They do not have an airport shuttle which surprised us. My mistake. Just assumed airport hotels had that.

This hotel needs a lot of work and upkeep. Driving up the hotel looks nice from a distance until you get closer. Most of the room doors are damaged or dented badly. Our first room the shower handle was not working so we had to move to a difference room which sucked since we hard to repack and move upstairs. At night most of the lighting around the building were not working properly. The lights outside were room were flickering like something from a horror movie. The ac vents had dust and from looks of it mole. I dont plan to return to this location.

The staff were amazing a Gentalmen called Darrell outstanding customer service and the woman that did the Breakfast her name is Barbara she is so amazing helped make sure everyone had what they needed

Nice and quiet, staff was friendly. If i had to complain about something it would be the fan/heater/ac unit was loud. Other than place was great. Clean dining area as well, and a variety of things to enjoy for breakfast

First the dislikes: it was January and there was zero heat in the room and it was freezing, no wash cloths (not 1) the coffee had one regular and one decaf not very useful to a couple who both like caffeinated coffee in the morning, the tub barely would drain and the continental breakfast pretty weak had not one meat and no waffle or pancake pretty bare bones. The good it was clean, nice people at check in and the bed was comfortable and room was quiet

Daniel was immensely warm, friendly, and helpful at check-in. Clean. Comfortable bed. Shower wonderful, lots of hot water, Cheryl at check out helped us find somewhere to stay at, gave safe harbor to our luggage. She was engaging, helpful, and warm. What a special encounter we have had.

Check in was fast and easy and they allowed us to check in early without a fee. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The refrigerator was great including the small freezer. Not sure why they built the shower for a giant but the water pressure was fine and hot. There was plenty to watch on the many channels but wow did we get burned out of 6 minutes of show and then 3 minutes of commercials.

Comfy 2 night stay
Very well lit and easy check in. Front desk staff were very friendly! This was our first time staying here, would stay again. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. No problems with the room. This is a nice hotel if you need somewhere to sleep, that's near the airport and/or mall.

The hotel was fine overall. However, we had issues with the key card door lock the entire stay. We stayed 4 nights and at some point, the lock to the door broke and anyone could enter the room without a key. Not sure when it happened, but glad I noticed. It was concerning as it was just me and my daughter traveling alone and not to mention our valuables could have been stolen. The staff didn’t seem as mortified as me, but eventually moved us to a different room after I had to push to either fix the key card or move us.

Conveniently located near the airport but a little difficult to find in the dark because the sign is off the road. Right next to the interstate so traffic noise was louder than expected..

Conveniently located, front desk service was great as well as the first night The next night was the problem. This was not the hotels fault but I had the loudest most obnoxious people staying in the room next to me. Screaming and cursing until 3:00am. They woke up at 7:30 and started all over again.

When I called to confirm my reservation. I was told that there was a hot breakfast. now I'm being told it's a continental breakfast. Had I known that, I would never have come here.
