Pros: it was very clean
Cons: when you the hotel states on-line they are going to provide you with something they should do it.
Location: it was close to the party we went to.
Online hotel stated that they would provide a rollaway bed and they didn't. they shouldn't have that on-line because that was the only reason why I reserved this hotel.

Hidden charges

Cons: The shuttle service. I had to take a shuttle from the rental car agency to the airport, then call a Yellow Cab, to get to the hotel.
I booked through Expedia for $101. The hotel billed my credit card for $130. I have NO clue where the additional $29 in charges came from. I stayed less than 24 hours and didn't purchase anything.

Bye Bye Room Reservations

Pros: breakfast choices,close to airport.
Cons: Don't be giving away hotel rooms when you tell them of late check in. More seating for breakfast.
Location: airport convenience.
Reserved 2 Q beds, but on arrival they only had 1 room. Had to take a King bed with a roll a way bed. Rooms on opposite sides of building, but not connecting. Our luggage was all together in 1 suitcase for 5 people so getting ready for bed and next day difficult. They were sorry & couldn't explain it. Gave us $20 for inconvenience or we could go 30 mins down the road. We had people in our party flying out the next morning therefore we chose to be near the airport. Very noisy with freeway bordering hotel. Breakfast good, but lack of seating.

Felt safe, hotel breakfast was more than a standard hotel provided breakfast. Stayed for two nights, would stay there again.

My first stay at a Fairfield Inn

Marriott does things right. The accommodations and service were very good. And a very fair nightly rate. Business or Vacation travel, I would recommend this Marriott chain.

Overall, nicely kept hotel - Handicap Caution

Other than the 3rd floor being quite a pain to get to, it was nice having an inside room instead of an outside room. The rooms appeared to be just recently renovated so our rooms were very clean and very well maintained. Our biggest problem though was that we needed a handicap room but none were available. My husband is paralyzed and the beds were way way too high for me to get him in to the bed. Thank God, our nephew was with us and was able to help. Generally, that would have left us in a mess and the clerk had no ideas of how to help the situation. She said that even the handicap rooms had very high beds.

The stay for the night was comfortable. The staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet was one of the best i have tasted in awhile. I think overall it was a good value for the money. Please be aware that a small deposit is held on your credit card for your stay. Being close to the freeway is also a problem. There were some burglaries of cars the night i stayed so lock up!

Just spent 3 nights at the Fairfield Inn while attending my daughter's graduation. It was a lovely stay! Wonderful, plentiful breakfast every day, clean, & the staff was friendly & accommodating. Rebecca was fantastic & helpful!

this is my second time staying at this hotel and the location is excellent. one of the best improvements that I noticed was the breakfast. There was a wonderful selection which had something for everyone whether you want comfort food or something that aligned with more healthy eating. our refrigerator was inoperable the first night yet no accommodations were offered. our bathroom was not cleaned and yet no accommodations were offered. I feel this showed poor customer service and unfortunately would be a deterrent from me staying there again in spite of the things that I did like about the hotel.
