Horrible customer service! .Posted Nov 11, 2014
This hotel has HORRIBLE customer service. The manager was scolding an employee right on front of me. The toilet seat in my bathroom was broke clean off! The toilet backed up and they didn't have anyone to assist. I had to go get a plunger from the front desk and unclog it myself. Then I walked the plunger back to the front office to return it. I WON'T be staying AGAIN!!!

Could not get accurate directions to hotel. Shower had mildew. Questionable guests.

Saved by the BedPosted Nov 8, 2014
There's not much redeeming about this hotel at all. At best, you could describe it as barebones. At worst, it's grungy and dilapidated. The air conditioner/heater was very loud -- sounded like either white noise or a blender depending on the setting. The water temperature in the shower couldn't push past lukewarm. The saving grace was that I found the bed and pillows pretty comfortable. I slept well. The hotel staff that I checked in with were perfectly pleasant, quick, and helpful. In-room wifi was also reliable for the duration of my stay. If I had paid one-fourth of what I actually paid, I'd say this place was worth it.

Never againPosted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Location and price.
Cons: See the "experience" section.
Stayed in this same hotel, different room one year ago. It was not too great, but adequate. This year it was not. My "normal" room had a shower designed for wheelchair access (small ramp, no door). Showerhead had two wallmounts -- high mount broken, lower mount OK, but I stand to shower. Hot/cold control on shower was backward (hot clockwise, cold counterclockwise) and unlabeled. Wifi was weak and intermittent. All power outlets were in use by appliances -- the maid appears to have unplugged the alarm clock to run a vacuum or something and not reset the time when done. 1/2 inch hole broken in wall. Bed was too firm. Table in room and tables in breakfast area about 2" too high. Next trip to this area, I'll find another under-$100/night accommodation.

You get what you pay forPosted Oct 8, 2014
Pros: Clean room. Inexpensive rate.
Cons: Not feasible. Property is from another era.
Location: 6 mi from Ontario airport.
I was looking for a cheap room with a free breakfast and that was what I got. Clean but Very dated. Other occupants a bit scary. You park in the interior courtyard and everyone watches you go into your room. Continental breakfast included coffee, powdered creamer, juice machine, banana s and cellophane wrapped pastries. No frills here.

For the price it was OK...the bathroom needed a major overhaul...beds were fine...

Good central locationPosted Sep 7, 2014
Cons: A little more creativity in the continental breakfast would add a lot.
We are familiar with the area and like the location, cost-savings this hotel provides. A restaurant called Cafe Allegro in the historic town center of Upland is a favorite of ours.

Pros: Ample parking, friendly staff
Cons: Maintenance on their pool and jacuzzi
Location: Very convenient location close to great restaurants. They are even next to a Kaiser Clinic...
Staff was friendly, ample parking lot. free wifi! continental breakfast. Pool could have used a bit cleaning along with jacuzzi. I kept pulling out garbage guests had thrown into the pool. The water was cold but the coldness never felt sooo good on my body! it was super hot so I had no problem with it being cold. Jacuzzi water was lukewarm....LOL!! that's were my son stayed the whole time we were there. Rooms are very clean, they do a very good job at keeping them. beds are nice and fluffy, so comfortable. A/C always worked and kept us nice and cool..... our mini fridge did not work, so some food we had stored in it spoiled. but no biggie.....who eats left overs on a trip anyways??? Note to management: room #216 needs to get fridge changed. I really liked this hotel, there were so many good restaurants, 7 eleven's, fast food restaurants and walmart within walking distance. i would definetely come back and recommend this place.

Did not feel safe for myself and my family. Hotel outdated not up to code.. sorry the room had a stingy foul odor. Seemed like a slum lord takes care of hotel.

They should not advertise a continental breakfastPosted Aug 25, 2014
The continental breakfast was shameful. The bath sink was clogged but we did not have time to let them know We got there at 11 pm left at 8 am. Brushing our teeth was discussing with the sink not draining Although the sheets and blanks were clean and comfortable
