Not a Comfy stay

Posted May 21, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Massive maintenance
The first room had a wet floor. I thought there was a leak in the ceiling as it had rained that day. It turned out they had washed the carpet and not allowed it to dry. They second room smelled of smoke. The third was OK. General condition of the building was that it was in bad need of repair.

Looks good on the cover but...

Posted May 18, 2015
The facility was run down, as I walk to my room on the second floor it was dirty. Passed by a room that had the window broken ( for 3 days) . I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. I was not comfortable and felt not safe, they must be renting units for the month, loud noise and motocycles and police....

AYOR

Posted May 3, 2015
Was not plesent, sorry to say. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night because of a soiled bed. Room was not cleaned properly. People live there, witnessed nefarious activity and was concerned for my safety. Won't go back.

Shower didn't function & room wouldn't cool off

Posted Apr 20, 2015
The only good about this place was that the front desk person was great and the place appeared to be clean. However, the room would never cool off even though we had the air on full blast since time of check in. We could not turn the shower on - no water would come out. The breakfast they serve is very minimal. The pool did not accept the new room keys they use, so we had to wait for someone to come out before we could enter. There was lots of graffiti around the facility and lots of low life people around. Worth spending a little bit more money and staying at a nicer facility.

Close to location

Good hotel close to where I needed to go for my daughters dance competition. Nice staff clean rooms. Continental breakfast was a little on the cheap side but for the price of the room I'm glad there was one

Pros: Location in Upland
Cons: Everything
This complete hotel definitely needs renovation on both the exterior and interior. When the interior work is started they should insulate the walls to stop the noise from adjoining rooms. The furnished breakfast was so minimal and uninviting that it was a joke.

the bathroom is in need of significant repairs.

Posted Apr 7, 2015
The hotel has the potential to be a really nice one. However the overall establishment is in desperate need of a face lift and repair. Our room was in shabby condition. The walls had badly repaired/spackled holes and cracks. The bathroom was I worse condition and in need of repair. The shower was not cleaned well, at all. The grout had mildew and mold, the faucet in the bath had hard water deposit and build up. The establishment would do well to have better management.

Our room was handicapped we did not ask for that.

Posted Apr 3, 2015
Pros: It's close to where we wanted to stay.
Cons: Could use new carpet, carpet was dirty.
Location: Things to do were ample.
The room above had 8 or 9 teenagers, very loud all night long.

Very clean and comfortable bedding.

Posted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: Price was right. Free Wi-Fi.
Cons: Perhaps parking should be assigned. Telephones and tv's should be working in all units.
Although the room was very clean and comfortable the outside of the building was quite unappealing. Check in staff seemed crabby and when I pointed out that all the handicapped parking spots were being used illegally I was told "call the police if you want to, we don't assign parking spots" It seemed like some folks actually lived there. The continental breakfast was doughnuts, danishes, coffee, and juice. The phone in the room didn't work nor did the t.v.

It's a good place to stay

I like the fact that the park was across the street and also there was plenty of places to go eat. Overall the room was a good stay.
