Better organize your lobby improvements!

It was below zero when we arrived. The front door was taped closed with no info on how to enter. A workman finally let us in the side door but you couldn't get to the check in desk because they were laying tile on the floor. Very disorganized.

Overnight stay between two destinations

Location: near the south entrance to Hells Canyon recreation area.
Had a good cookie snack upon check in. And some coffee and hot spiced cider too. And an apple. Morning breakfast was good. Did run out of walnuts for my cereal though. The elevator delay requires a calendar to time the duration between request and response. Had to go to the kitchen to get salt and pepper. Was not put out on tables for breakfast. The two luggage carts were falling apart. I got out my phillips screwdriver and tightened the loose screws. Garbage can out front overflowing with trash.

motorcycle ride

this is a clean nice hotel, but there were a few things that didn't count favorable to us. First off requested a ground floor king bed room (made reservation 2 months in advance) their were none available. This was requested as I have had back surgery and 2 bad knees. They put us on the second floor so had to drag luggage up there. We were put above the indoor pool that opens to the outside patio. So when people were hanging out and chatting their conversations could be heard in our room loud and clear even over the TV on loud settings. Next got up to shave and found out you can't get hot water out of the bathroom faucet only luke warm water. They have a water mixer on the system I guess to keep kids from scalding themselves. neighborhood is next to the freeway and a truckstop. It's also kind of a rundown commercial area. Overall room was ok but not worth the money in my opinion.

nice new hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel is new and very clean. It was somewhat difficult to find the road going into the hotel. The breakfast was fairly bland.
