Breakfast needs a facelift.Posted Aug 4, 2013
Pros: Convenience to shops
Cons: Breakfast, check-in process. Adding a laundry room for travelers.
It was an ok stay. I may or may not stay here again, depends on hotels in the area and there availability.

Birthday TripPosted Aug 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
Took a trip to So Calif. with my daughter for her birthday. Stopped in Rancho Cucamonga for 2 days to see friends and family before continuing to Santa Barbara,Ca. The location is great because it is centrally located and easy freeway access, shopping and dinning. As a woman travelling alone with my teenage daughter the hotel was safe, lean, and comfortable, staff was very helpful.

In the DarkPosted Jul 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
I woke up at about 1:15 a.m. and found our room to be totally dark. The hotel was having a rolling brownout! According to the desk clerk, these seem to be frequent occurrences. If that is the case, why have they not installed their own generators? I opened our door and looked out to the corridor. There was a single light on there, indicating some power from somewhere. Several minutes later, I heard a worker yell, " power coming back on" and sure enough, full power was shortly restored. Please address this since it could lead to dangerous conditions.

Great StayPosted Jul 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel staff was great. Arrived around 9:00 am on the day was scheduled to check in. Check in is at 3:00 pm. Front desk clerk made sure my room was ready and allowed us to check in early. Very friendly each time we left / entered the property. Cleaning staff was very good. Enjoyed my stay. Great food, mall, shopping within walking distance.

My Birthday weekendPosted Jul 23, 2013
Pros: The check in staff
Cons: The room should be set a normal room temp. We had to blast the a/c for a couple of hours for it to cool down.
Location: Shop, eat and play.
The room was nice, but the Checkin Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Because of this I would return to this hotel another time. Thank you very much

It was good.Posted Jul 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was very nice. The bed was a little hard and uncomfortable. The people in the room next to us were very loud making it difficult to sleep. Other than that it was great. One of the best free breakfast buffets I have seen.
