Pros: very clean and excellent price thru expedia
Cons: had an incident with the cleaning crew (male) who failed to knock even once prior to coming in at 0930. It was quite a startle, and his response nega
very nice room accomodations and picked up room at late notice. very clean and close to alot of very good eating places.

Think before booking!

I have stayed at this hotel before with very few issues, unfortunately this time I can not say that. The check in was fine, the room in the 9th floor "Executive" is not so much, they need renovation in these rooms. The bed was great, lots of pillows but the chair & ottoman looked like something out of the 1970's, and wasn't really clean. The bigger issue is the internet worked in the lobby, but as I arrived in my room it did not work, on any of my devices ( 2 IPhones, IPad & Laptop), called the front desk to ask if there were issues with the internet answer no, but if I needed I could call tech services to get in running, but it worked in the lobby I said, answer I received "maybe it doesn't work so good on the 9th floor". Adding to that was my experience in the "Business Ctr", went to check into my flight, print boarding passes, there is a HP printer in the room, computer asked print on HP printer but NO boarding passes???? Front desk said "Printer doesn't work, email the passes to me I can print them"???? Really the boarding pass window closed after it thought it printed so there was no emailing of the passes available, besides the HP computer was working on Windows XP, UPDATE NEEDED!!! I travel to Ontario a lot, this was the last stay at this hotel.

I was concerned to hear about your experience with the Internet in your guest room. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize if the Front Desk did not notify you of the different Wi-Fi networks that we have depending on your location in the hotel. We have one network just for guest rooms and the other two networks are for the lobby and meeting spaces. We have discussed this topic with the Chief Engineer and we have had him look into any issues on the 9th floor. I would also like to apologize for the issues you had with our business center. We are currently looking for at options to upgrade our equipment. I know that does not change your experience but I hope that you can feel confident that we heard your concern and are definitely doing something about it. Nice LA area hotel (45mins away from LA)

Pros: The cleanliness.
Cons: WIFI signal and microwaves inside the rooms.
Location: Everything you need is within a 10 mile radius. If you're visiting LA, you have to drive through traffic so account for extra time.
Overall this is a nice hotel for the price. The facility is VERY nice, and pleasing aesthetically. The outside doesn't do the inside service, so don't get distracted by the exterior photos. The staff was very friendly and we have no complaints. On the downside, there are no microwaves inside the rooms, and the fridge is kinda hidden inside what looks like a dresser, so look for the fridge. Also, the WIFI signal is terrible inside the rooms, but great in the lobby and business center. On the 5 scale this is definitely a 4.2 or so.

Frustrating

The hotel was well appointed with plenty of sitting room in the lobby and facilities for laptop users. The rom was equally pleasant, nicely decorated and very clean. That said, the problem I had was with no hot water! After travelling for several hours I wanted to freshen up before meeting my party for dinner and discovered I had no HOT WATER this was after running the water for several minutes which with the drought situation in CA made me very uncomfortable! I called down to the desk and reported the problem. They sent up a "hotel engineer" who spoke very little English. He turned ALL the faucets on and let them run for several minutes before annoucing in broken English I now had hot water. Coming back to my room after dinner I wanted to take a warm bath and once again after running the water for several minutes, still no HOT WATER. I wasn't about to turn ALL the faucets on and let them run until the hot water reached the faucet in my room. My advice, if you book at this hotel request a room closest to the hot water heater.

Staff can't find out reservation , it took 1 hour before somebody help came & sort things out .they said it has something to do with you Expedia reservation . We waited gir a long time to check in . The room was ready but it is too confusing for the staff members to do , they are afraid we will be charge 2x . That part is frustrating !!!!
