Not recommend this inn. The restroom is dim no exhaust fan it has but not working. When we check in there’s alot of excuses the room is not ready yet. It needs to be approve by the supervisor first, so forth and so on..to much alibi. The front desk is not accommodating.

My room was not very nice. I had a hole in my closet door looked like someone punched it. my room would flood from the shower so I would have to build a towel damn to prevent it. bed was okay.

Front desk was rude, I didn’t realize check in was at 3pm, when I went to check in at around 1:30pm the young woman at the front desk said she didn’t know what time a room like mine would become available with no additional information I asked - ok, but there will be one close to bed time?? She said check in is at 3pm, I thanked her and left. Thats all she should have said from the beginning.

Stayed two nights in two rooms. One room the toilet bowl was leaking a consistent drip and the other room the toilet wouldn't flush. Pool was not heated but the hot tub was hot.

Large rooms that would be amazing with some updating. We were able to spread out and not be on top of each other. Room could use remodeling especially the couch in the livingroom, it was a disgrace! For the price it served it's purpose. Parking late night was not ideal. Not enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms and you are told to "just park in the yellow" right in fromt of the lobby doors. If we don't want to wake up early to move the vehicle then what happens? They would be knocking on our door so we waited around for 15 minutes as someone left and took that space. The area is nice and quiet. We would stay again for a short trip with the kids.

The worker who checked me in didnt say anything to me, no greeting, just told me my amount due and didnt tell me how much my deposit fee was, he just charged me. All and all the hotel is nice and clean and the surrounding area is calm and easy access to the freeway.

Terrible place to stay. Outdated, dirty, nothing like the pictures. Had to move furniture around to take use the sofa bed. Front desk staff was very slow and clueless. Do not stay here.

Decent place but very discourteous with their refund policy. Stayed 4 of 5 nights and they couldn't refund the last night we no longer needed cause of a home remodel being done. Horrible customer service they dont care at all.

This is a clean property and relatively quiet but the rooms are bare bones. Everything is budget cost and not a lot of comfort. Rooms felt barren as if someone from the airlines designed them to be “cost efficient” aka cheap. No raving problems though.
