Aged motel. Convenient to highway and airport

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: Clean bedding and clean bathroom. Furnishing relatively new. Mattress was comfortable "Pillows were poor"
Cons: Breakfast offering could be improved.
Location: Easy access to highway & Ontario International Airport Limited eateries
Stayed a week. Service was good. Staff were pleasant. Rooms kept clean. Continental breakfast provided bare necessaties but McDonald's close by. Pool area was not appealing - located in centre of parking lot.

Disappointed

Posted Mar 5, 2015
Pros: The pricing was the only thing worth liking.
Cons: Everything. Better beds and linens, trained office staff, increased parking.
Location: It is located by a variety of gas stations and fast food restaurants.
Check in staff was inexperienced, I never received any paperwork on the room except my credit card receipt. I asked for a smoking room but upon entering I noticed NO ashtrays and when asking the housekeeping staff for one, they looked puzzled. If you have anything but At&t your phone will have very limited service. The Wifi was free but you had limited connectivity unless you were on between 0300-0600. THE BEDS/ PILLOWS WERE HORRIFIC! I am 5'9 and my husband is 6'2 the beds were soooo low to the ground and not a bit of softness about them.. I like a hard bed but not one that is like sleeping on plywood. The pillows are flat.. We were there on business and the office staff at times refused to transfer calls to the room, telling the person on the phone to call back in 30-45 minutes for no apparent reason. If you stay on the bottom floor prepare to hear EVERYTHING! There are NO elevators, only one ice machine at front of hotel and VERY LIMITED PARKING!

Excellent amount of tv

This place was ok. It was clean, a little shady neighborhood. There was a lot of TV channels which was awesone. Continental breakfast was basic but good.

Surprisingly Nice

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Compared to other similar motels in which I have stayed, this was absolutely my best experience in years. My room was clean and recently renovated.
Location: The location has easy access to the 60 Freeway. Most everything is easily accessible by walking or with a short drive: fuel, food, kmart.
I found my room to be surprisingly nice for a budget motel. The location (wedged behind a gas station along the 60 freeway) wasn't particularly appealing on the outside, but my room was clean (smelled great), recently renovated, spacious, and fully equipped with digital television, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. The perky staff made check-in easy and pleasant. The noise level was surprisingly low. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this location, particularly for budget lodging. Kudos to the owners for taking pride in their establishment.

Exactly what you would expect

Posted Feb 13, 2015
Pros: Clean safe room in a location close to stores and services needed.
Cons: Fruit with the breakfast would have been lovely.
Location: Close to Hwy 60 so easy on/off. Nice assortment of grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and other amenities.
Nothing fancy, just a clean safe room at a reasonable price in a location close to a highway for easy commuting. Also close to grocery stores, pharmacies, fast food joints, convenience stores, and gas stations. The breakfast was not spectacular but was adequate (although fresh fruit would have been nice). The wireless internet took some calls to their service provider to get it functioning but the speed was fine for checking emails and such. The refrigerator and microwave sufficed to keep my water cold and make some popcorn.

Cons: The carpet was filthy -- my white socks were brown after walking on it!
The room was comfortable enough for a short stay for not a lot of money, although the carpet was pretty dirty.

Ok hotel for the price

Posted Feb 8, 2015
Hotel room was semi-updated and clean. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were the worst pillows I've ever slept on in my life!! They were 1/4 inch thick and so dense you could hardly fold them in half. I ended up sleeping on my arm for the night and woke up with a crimp in my neck.
