“Great option for Cleveland area”

I've stayed at Hampton's before, and usually try to book at them for business travel - reliable, you know what to expect, etc. Some are better than others. This is a new hotel, and honestly one of the best (and quietest) I have stayed at in all my travels. Even with road construction on the highway it was still quiet and fairly easy to get to. I would definitely book here again for travel to the area. They had full occupancy the night before with festivals and other events in the area, and still my room was ready on time and perfect. I was there three nights and everything was well done each day when I returned from work. Kudos to the housekeeping staff!!! There's not a whole lot in the way of better restaurants at that exit, but there is a wonderful grocery store, and only a few miles back towards Chatt there's a mall exit with any possible restaurant you could want. Applause, applause!!!!

“Great hotel”

Seems like a new hotel. The rooms/lobby/pool/ect were all clean and in great shape. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was one of the best I've had.

“Had a wonderful experience.”

This hotel was wonderful. Everything was clean and quiet. The coffee was always fresh and the staff were all very friendly.

“Not convenient to Downtown....as Google suggests.”

Beware...........If you Google the address of this hotel, it shows the Hotel's location in two different spots and one of those is downtown Chattanooga when actually it is 25 minutes away in Ooltewah. Not convenient to Downtown.
