Great Experience
I was very impressed with the hotel. I loved the room, it was so clean and inviting. The best part was the glass shower doors instead of curtains. It was very quiet and comfortable. I will definitely book again.

At the breakfast, turkey doesn't belong in sausage. Better not to have at all, than to serve turkey sausage. Also, grits are not made in an instant. The bath fixtures had low water flow, seems from the design that was used. General complaint about this.

We had a clean room. It was a queen room a kitchenette when we got there. The room was clean, but we realize there was no blow dryer no garbage can in the kitchen and on the nightstand they had some sticky stuff overall last day was OK.

Upon entering the room we were assigned we noticed right away that the carpet was sticky and gritty as if it hadn’t been vacuumed or shampooed in a while. The shower floor was filthy so we headed out to the local Walmart and purchased shower shoes. Told the front desk about the problem but not a peep from housekeeping. It appeared they’d hired a bunch of recent high school graduates or high schoolers because they were very young and definitely inexperienced. Each day room cleaning came out we noticed the bathroom floors were still unswept and the trash in one of the rooms had not been taken out. They took our dirty towels but never replaced them so each night we returned we had to get fresh towels. This facility is very nice and updated and it’s a shame housekeeping will be the reason for bad ratings. Management needs to implement a routine spot check on cleaning services and make the employees accountable. All of them . The day we checked out around 6am, there was coffee made but no breakfast was set up as they advertised from 5:30 a to 9a. We found the front desk clerk asleep with his jacket over his head tucked away in a corner. I assume has was responsible for the breakfast set up because it did appear he was making an effort to go into their kitchen area to do something but once he released we were leaving he went back to his snake spot. We needed to use the lobby restroom before heading out and circled back and again found him trying to get comfy. So sad.

OK Stay
We were there Friday to Sunday (Aug 11-13. 2023). Saturday was a full day and when we returned to hotel to rest and freshen up before evening activities, beds not made and no fresh towels. The cleaning crew was right by our door when we left that morning. Disappointing. I will say the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good but slow at keeping if supplied.

I was disappointed with our room.(204) The room became extremely hot in the middle of the night and the television did not work. We got fresh batteries for the remote but that did not hep so we gave up. The next morning my husband and I went into the summer and I touch the towel rack inside the shower and the rack fell. I am grateful that I did not lean on it because things could have been worst. We did report all of this to the front desk before leaving.
