big disappointment
I was expecting high class hotel but my disappointment was huge !!! I came for business , booked a suite to find it without internet access. Wifi do not reach the room. then what made me more angry i claimed this to reception dozen times no reply or effort from them to help or find a solution ... Food was lame and too many impolite children playing with food buffet , lot of waiters but not actively checking customers needs. I felt i am in a low rating resort. personel was nice , hotel kind of new, rooms are good. But i wont ever come back to this hotel !!

My staying at the Meridien
The Hotel looks nice but during my stay I didn’t see once the cleaning lady vacuuming my room or the hallway. They used the same piece of material to clean the washroom for every thing and each room. The dust has never been done. Most of the employees were not wearing mask even at the reception. I had to clean all my room myself with some Lysol that I brought with me. Some clients were not wearing mask and the Hotel staff were not doing anything about it. I was very disappointed and concerned, I had my room there but was staying with my friend.

Poor customer service
We booked this for our wedding night and asked for an upgrade to a sea view room but unfortunately the seabird was catastrophic, building sites opposite not to mention traffic noise which was unavoidable. The staff are ignorant and don't have a clue about what they are doing or about the hotel itself. We asked for the sheets to be changed, they never bothered to do it until we went to them again and complained but they still ended up getting a mattress protector instead of a sheet. Breakfast was poor and the choice was very limited, we asked for an espresso but it never came, poor organisation to the point we regretted paying a huge amount of money for a service that is not worth it. Would never recommend to anyone.

worth for your money
good overall , but still few things to improve, like strict rules for unruly guests ( one guy taking the jacuzzi for a personnal bathtub...) , also avoid letting people ( voyeurs mostely ) from outside the hotel guests, use the pool. not all the equipements were working at the gym ... still nice tough

It's a new hotel with modern facility. My room was extremy clean, quiet and well decorated. The only small negative element was that the wifi didn't work in my room (although it worked in other rooms. The signal wasn't strong enough) The ocean view from my room was gorgeous. There are 2 restaurants (one buffet style -wide selection) And one excellent Italian one. Lush vegetation and flowers surround the pool.

Horrible. Pseudo haut de gamme problématique
Climatisation en panne depuis début juin. 33 degrés dans la chambre. Impossible d’être remboursé. Aucunes informations à ce sujet. La télé ne fonctionne pas. Pas digne d’un 5 étoiles. L’hôtel aurait bien besoin d’un audit international. Inacceptable.

Très beau séjour, un bel hotel, accueillant et très agréable, le personnel est compétente, souriant, très accueillant, et à l'écoute ( que ce soit à la restauration, en particulier Yacine Hellal et Randa Aissat et leur équipe, le staff de la piscine et du snack, la réception et l'accueil ou encore les femmes de chambre qui sont irréprochables); la piscine est magnifique, l'hotel est spacieux, les chambres sont très belles, une bonne situation par rapport au centre ville ... ce fut un très beau séjour , nous le recommandons sans hésitations . Très bon séjours, personnel agréables, chambre spacieuse, relativement propre, la douche un peu compliqué plusieur fois le mecanisme a sauter. Et malheuresuement lors de lentretien de la chambre ils nont pas remis de bouteille d'eau. Sinon le reste etait sympa . Avec une tres belle vue meme en etant au 5eme etages.

t's clean but only the women forget the towels you have to tell them every time and you have to clean the floor of the bathroom otherwise it's good I will remain so the breakfast staff need a bit of experience and they do not write to each other in front of customers this is advice for them lower your voice a bitthanks for the well polite shuttle driver the restaurant a bit expensive the dinner the reception great they are nice

Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles
Pas de chauffage dans la chambre, il fallait attendre une personne avant que ça soit fonctionnel. L'hôtel ne vaut pas 5 étoiles, un 2 étoiles tout au plus. À la réception, on demande que la totalité des frais de la chambre soit payée alors que c'était payé sur ce site il restait à payer 1200 dinars.
