The deluxe rooms are OK, it was nice to have a kitchenette. With the "modern" furnishing, though, they are not very comfortable (e.g. metal table and chair).
The resort fee is unjustified, since the chairs, umbrellas, and towels at the pool require an extra fee, the parking is offered for a fee, and the continental breakfast might be the worst one I ever had (a couple of cheap pastries, 1-2 bagels, a few slices of bread, coffee and hot water). All these placed by the entrance, not a real breakfast area.
Bottom line: not a resort, but with a quite pricey resort fee.
