“Americas Best Value Inn San Clemente”

We have stayed here several times in the past yr and have always found the hotel to be an excellent choice. The staff running the hotel are very friendly and have accomodated every request we have had. We like the convenient location, clean room, covered parking, mini fridge and microwave plus free wifi(I am on my pc a lot).

“A Clean San Clemente Inn”

This inn is a clean place for the budget minded. The owners/staff are accommodating. The microwave and small refrigerator are a nice touch. I will stay there again.

“The Affordable Outstanding Hotel”

Quality of Hotel was hospitable. The room was very neat, clean and safe. Toiletries were provided with the room and replacements were always available. The warm was very comfortable. Room is wonderfully equipped with A/C and Heater unit for your accomodation. Location of the hotel is convinietly surrounded by a gas station, small shopping plaza and several dining facilities. Also it is located right off I-5.

“Great for budget travelers”

The staff are very nice, and my room was quite clean. The location is right on El Camino Real and near the freeway and beaches. It's a great spot if what you want is an inexpensive, clean place to sleep and shower. If you are looking for something pretty or with items like a working tub or good airconditioning, spend more and go elsewhere. I'd stay here again because I saved enough to be able to have a lot of fun while visiting, and the staff is lovely.

This hotel was overpriced and dirty.

“Do you like staying in a room that smells like old people's farts and has blood stained sheets?”

I received a smoking room which smelled like sweaty socks and burnt hair. It was pretty gross. Later when I went to bed there was blood stains on the sheets as well. Sorry, never staying there again.

“America's Best Value in Can Clemente SUCKS BIG TIM”

Manager/Owner is rude and belligerent. I would sooner eat fire than stay in this hotel.

Took a shower at 9pm. Then went to sleep around 930, I take sleeping medication so I'm pretty out of it. At 10 I'm woken up with someone knocking on my door, I call the front desk and tell them about it. They tell me its them and that the person next door is complaining about noise. Then they tried to harass me out because they have been 'trying to get ahold of me since 9' I explained that I was showering for 15-20 minutes then went to sleep. Then the guy at the front seat proceed to tell me that if we didn't be quiet he would call the police on us. I told him I wanted a refund if this is how they will be treating us, he said they don't do refunds. So I told him to call the cops if he has to, unless you do that then stop harassing me and I'll tryand sleep quieter. The room was a fairly ddecent room, but the cleanliness could be better. On the top blanket I found what looked like dried up snot, about the site of a dime on it. Needless to say I didn't use the blanket.
