“Very good hotel close to Disneyland, affordable”

Great room with 2 queen beds that was clean and spacious. All the amenities of a big hotel at a fraction of the price. The beds could have been a little bit softer, but there was plenty of hot water and the service was good. The price was definitely a big plus in the turisty Anaheim, specially because it was only a few miles form the park's entrance.

Rodeway Inn and Suites was a very clean and hospitable hotel. I would definately recommend it to my family and friends.

“Very accommodating management!”

I found this hotel to be much like other positive reviews on this site -- comfortable, clean (although carpet could stand a cleaning), and conveniently located. The most positive aspect, however, is the friendliness of the staff. I was out very late one night visiting a friend and returned to find the only two remaining parking spots would not accommodate my vehicle. The only other options were a handicapped spot or a No Parking spot. Even though it entailed waking up the manager (I'M SORRY!!!), she approved parking in a no parking location and was not at all put out (outwardly anyway) that I woke her up. Thanks again for the great service!

“You Get What You Pay For”

Through EXPEDIA we were able to get a good deal on the room rates. We rented two rooms because of the proximity to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. The employees were courteous and helpful. The staff sets up a Continental Breakfast. It consisted of a number of options such hot coffee, milk, apple juice, box pastries, cereals, and cook your own waffles. The waffle maker was a hit with the children. Expect a line there; if the waffle mix runs out just ask. The coffee machine also dispended hot water for your oatmeal (bring your own). Come early as the breakfast is set up from 7:30 to 9:00 am. We rented rooms 122 and 226. They were okay if you are looking for a place to rest after a night at the parks. The rooms came with a micro-wave oven, a small refrigerator, and iron all worked. No problems with the plumbing in either room. Plenty of water pressure with the usual supply of industrial type towels. After much research and reading the horror stories from other places this place is good for the price. No head lice, ring worm, or bed bugs here. Our complaints would be the carpet was deeply soiled. Have a bad back? Think again. The beds are in need of replacement (both rooms). With all that said if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay then this is it.

“Great Potential”

This hotel was currently being remodled...but it already looks great. The place looks like it is going to be beautiful. I would definetely come back to check this place out in the future to see the end results.

“Great hotel for great price!”

The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was larger than I'd expected. The hotel is old so I didn't expect glamour, but it was very clean. A/C-not a prob. Noise-not a prob. Privacy-not a prob. Disneyland was a mile 1/2 away on freeway drive, which was convenient. My family enjoyed our brief stay and plan to go back.

“Nice people old hotel”

The service was great very nice and helpful. The condition of the hotel is very old and the water pressure is weak. The room was freshly painted but no pictures on the walls which made a little depressing. The microvave and refridgerator worked well which is a plus. Needs new bedspreads and carpets. You get what you pay for.

“Great for the Rate”

This Hotel was great for the rate. The only thing we didnt like is that check in isnt until 1pm. We were only looking for a place to sleep and shower. We got two rooms. We would stay her again 100%! The place didnt look that great but like I said just to sleep and shower. The rooms were big and everything was clean. On the first night we heard a baby crying in the room next door to us, but I was tired and fell asleep. Noise doesnt bother me much though, but if noise is an issue for someone the walls are thin dont stay here. Overall we had a great experience.
