“Very nice”

“VERY DISAPPOINTED”

They advertised free breakfast and free shuttle to disneyland, yet when we checked in they said that was only on weekends. But, no where on their website does it state that. It was 1.4 miles from disneyland so too far to walk so we had to drive and pay for parking, The only reason we chose to stay here was for those 2 reasons. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! They did not apologize or anything.

“Great, except the Beds”

“Choose the other hotel”

We are a family of four. We first looked at the hotel online and read some of the negative reviews. We still gave this hotel a chance and booked a room. After the first day of our stay we didn't feel comfortable or welcomed. If we asked for something it seemed like it was a hassle or inconvenience. We were not impressed. We will never stay at this hotel again.

“Good hotel for cheap stay”

If you are just looking for a cheap place to stay because you will spend every moment out, then this is great. There are few amenities and those are skimped on; however, the service was really great. The staff was friendly.

The room was clean, near to disneyland, the air conditioner worked well and good service, enough continental breakfast.

“Worth the money”

overall, the stay was great. The rooms were quiet, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff were very nice. We did have a problem with ants on our 2nd night. They changed our rooms and staff even helped us move all of our stuff. No problems otherwise. They also gave us a ride to Disneyland even though it was after their usual drop off times due to the inconvenience of having to change rooms. There was free internet, continental breakfast. I would definitely recommend it.

“Learned from this mistake”

This hotel was very far from Disneyland, even though it looked much closer on the map. The service staff did their job, but nothing more. Checking in was the biggest inconvenience, because it seemed to take a really long time.

“Best option to go to Disneyland”

Excellent option!! The place is just remodeled; the service was OVER THE TOP, and location is perfect. It's only walking distance from Disneyland ; ) Totally recommended.
