Quiet, clean and newly remodeled near Disney!

Posted Jul 4, 2015
Pros: Loved the decorations, plus it was clean and quiet.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Great location, just by Disney and very easy to get to
Kids loved swimming in pool. I loved having great staff, friendly restaurant, and easy shuttle to and from Disneyland. Was also handy to have on site laundry.

Needs renovation

Posted Jul 2, 2015
The hotel would be really nice if they renovated and updated it. It looks like they've started but down many hallways the carpet is crumpled on the floor. The fish tanks are duct taped at the top. Just a lot of little things like that could really use some attention.

Pros: Staff, location, laundry facilities
Cons: Upgrade in the rooms, looking old
Nice hotel, but ageing rapidly. Rooms a good size form a family, bathroom very small. Very close to Disneyland with the fireworks visble right outside each night.

Clean

A little outdated looking but nice and clean. One of the heavier set managers was rude at front desk

Great comfy room close to Disneyland

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Great place, staff really friendly and efficient, shuttles were timely. Room was large, big comfy clean beds, room and hotel could use some refurbishing, as it seemed run down, but not so bad to affect my recommendation.

name change was a surprise

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: the breakfast buffet was nice and so were the pool and grounds
Cons: the rest of the hotel needs to be renovated. I suspect we were put in the old part because we booked through Expedia.
Location: Disneyland, California Adventure, Angel's Stadium and Knott's Berry Farm
this is an older hotel and the section we were in has not been renovated. The carpet needs to be replaced and is a constant tripping hazard for folks of all ages. the bathroom tile had mold and needs to be cleaned. The pool and grounds are well maintained. The clerk who checked us in neglected to have sign up for the parking pass though he did have me initial for the $14 a day parking fee. This caused some surprise when on day three they left a note threatening to have my car towed away!

Nice Hotel

Posted Jun 26, 2015
Pros: Room very spacious. Friendly & helpful staffs. Nice ambient & environment.
Cons: The wing rooms like a maze, helpful directions sign would be good. TV slow response to channel selection.
My family were there for short vacation & were enjoyed our stay. We like the Cottage, country-side Europian theme Hotel.
