Everything in the hotel was pleasant. There was a big swimming pool, a spa, a store and a restaurant/bar all inside the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Good enough for short stay

Posted Jul 25, 2014
The hotel was good enough for a short stay close to the parks. We were a 10 minute walk with a double stroller. The price is a fraction of the cost of the Disney resorts. Honestly - I am someone who is willing to pay a bit more for a bit more luxury however, it was a group trip and this hotel was the consensus as a money saver. Tip - No elevator at this 2 story exterior entrance hotel. Only one long ramp on one side so if you are traveling with a stroller - ask for a 1st floor room or a room close to the ramp. We had 2 double beds, one of which was slanted on one side so I was forced to sleep perpendicular with my feet hanging off since I was sharing with my infant son. The bathroom was okay - not terrible not great. No free breakfast but the breakfast buffet was $10 for adults and each child was free with a paying adult. Staff at the restaurant was super friendly and the food was pretty good. Lacked electrical outlets. We had to unplug alarm clock and bedside lamps to charge our phones and we looked all over for extras. The room cooled quickly but the AC unit is a bit loud (pretty typical of these types of hotels). Again - if you are visiting the Disney parks then this is a good enough hotel since all you are doing is sleeping.

Wonderful Stay

Pluses: Great location, easy 10 minute walk to Disney Hotels. Great Olympic-sized pool. Helpful, friendly staff. Great check-in and check-out. Comfy pillows and beds. Negatives: Window air conditioner was not efficient. When we set it to cool and the lowest temperature (61), it blew out cold air, but the room was still warm. By the second night, the air was better, but not 100 percent. Perhaps the TV and beds could switch places. That way the room would be cooler.

We Walked to Disneyland!

Posted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: The hotel is walking distance to Disneyland. The room was truly accessible. The pool was large.
Location: Disneyland! Disneyland! Disneyland! Also many restaurants within walking distance.
As a family of five, two parents and three adult-size teenagers, one of whom is in a wheelchair, we sometimes have trouble finding one room accommodations. However, Anaheim Plaza Suites fit the bill! The accessibility necessary for the wheelchair was great. There was even a large bathroom with a roll-in shower!

Ideal for Disneyland

I enjoy this hotel because it's close to the park. Set back a bit along Harbor Blvd., so you don't hear the traffic. The pool is the largest in the area besides Disney hotels.

Closest to walking to Disneyland.

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Closest walking distance to Disneyland
Cons: Include WiFi. Similar hotels nearby with same pricing include WiFi in the room price. Also restaurant in hotel needs to stay open longer hours.
Location: Again closest walking distance to Disneyland.
I have stayed at this hotel three times now. Very convenient for Disneyland.

Family weekend

Located a block away from main gate entrance. ( nice to be able to go back and forth to park) great breakfast buffet- for 10$. Nice pool- hot tub area. Only disappointment was hotel restaurant had a big party booked in their ballroom which took away from good restaurant night service.

The hotel was exactly what we needed. Right next to Disneyland and it was rather comfortable. Price was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay!
