The rooms are spacious and the pool is heated, which was perfect for our trip. The food at the restaurant is really good. Service overall was excellent, staff was very friendly. Would stay there again.

Rooms at the property are amazing. Super comfortable and with a lot of space. Bathrooms have good space too, with 2 sinks, shower and separate bathtub, and a separate small room for toilet. Staff at the hotel is super friendly and super helpful. The concierge gave us recommendations about things to do and places to eat and everything was excellent as they described it. We will stay there again!!! Amazing place and amazing STAFF!!!

Overall we had a good experience. Here's a quick breakdown: • excellent customer service (Hazel was very helpful at the front desk and Jose in the restaurant gave fantastic recommendations) • granted early check-in and a room upgrade (to partial harbour view) and $45 resort credit due to Expedia status, which was lovely – my only concern is that I have noise sensitivities and we were placed not far from an electrical room that could be both heard and felt in our room. We inquired about moving later in the day, but the front desk person suggested we might not be comfortable in a different room due to street noise (neighborhood facing), so we opted to stay. At least the view was pretty. :) • the property is just lovely, but for a $40 taxes resort fee we were disappointed that the pool and pool courtyard were both closed. Guests are given access to the members pool (the hotel is a multi-use facility and must include condo owners as well), but it has a different feeling from the courtyard area/pool, so we didn't make use of it. • $50 tax for a rollaway bed to be added to the room felt steep, but the bed was comfortable (for our 13-year-old) Highly recommend Malibu Farm if you're looking for somewhere farm-to-table to eat. Beautiful food, service and environment Laguna Beach was a favourite in terms of beach options, with a more "tropical" feeling (vs. Huntington).

This property itself was beautiful and the staff was really nice at every interaction. If half ratings were allowed we’d give this place 3.5/5 for overall value. activities and restaurant options inside the property were limited. It was a bummer to not have an area to walk near the water when that’s probably this resort’s best selling feature is being on the water. So if you are not a resident or member, just know there’s no walking path for you. Their A&O restaurant is lovely but that was the only option. The rooms were very clean but nothing stood out. It also may have been my mistake to filter out but we were not expecting the noise level to be so high due to kids running up and down the hallways. Overall not the best fit for us, but a lovely property for families.

Great solid 4 star accommodations. Everyone was very nice and professional. The room had a huge bathroom which helped a lot with having two adult daughters traveling with me. The view of the marina was well worth the higher price. Only thing missing that would make it perfect would be more grounds to walk but I expect that only at 5 star resorts. I would definitely come back if I were to come back to the area for busy exploration of the area (which there are plenty) but not as a place to spend a lot of time at during your vacation.

We were there mainly to enjoy the boat parade. We were upgraded to a room with a view which we appreciate, however we were told we we be able to view from the lawn too when I called to make reservations but all of the lawn areas were closed off to either club members or private party. We really appreciated the upgrade especially given the lack of space for viewing. The property is beautiful and we would return.
