Came for a job interview......

Posted May 1, 2014
Pros: everything....very happy "living" here for a week or so
Cons: More security.....found it strange any hobo could walk up to an elevator and get to any room
Location: lots of shopping. we didn't do normal tourist things since here on budget for job
We booked our room with BWIS when we came to so. cal for a job interview. we chose this hotel because it was close to the job location but also had things we could get great use out of while we waited out our back ground check. Having a gym, pool, hot tub and laundry were a great since we didnt have a vehicle. The morning breakfast was filling and we were thankful for it every morning we didn't spend money on food. The room was awesome with a separate tv area from the bedroom....great for an insomnica like myself. we even left for a few days then came back for a week. the staff was sweet and took care of business! we would recommend this hotel for sure!

The breakfast was the best. Big breakfast kept us full all day. Good location not to close not to far from Disnyland Park and other attractions.

Excellent Family Motel

Posted Mar 17, 2014
Cons: Breakfast service was always very slow.
This is the nicest Best Western we have ever stayed. The furnishings are very upgraded and the beds extremely comfortable. We stayed on the second floor because we had a dog and the rooms were nice and not your usual 'pet worn' room. The staff were very friendly. The only downside was when the motel was full the breakfast service was a disaster. The two personnel assigned to Breakfast did the best they could but it seems as if the management didn't care if service was poor as it was a free breakfast. The other downside was that the housekeeping staff were very slow and because we couldn't stay out all day due to our pet. We often had to go without room cleaning because we returned before they got To us. So I had to go down frequentltbtonthecfrontbdeskntonget more towels.

Pros: A+ that's all what I have to say
Location: You have everything around the hotel, easy access to the FWY, great shopping center Irvine Spectrum 10 min away, movie theater, Laguna Hills shopping
Great customer service provided by Gabriela. It was a great experience, check in was done in no time, with a smile on her face, able to give me the details about the free breakfast and coffee in the morning. Had a little bit of fun at the pool area. The hotel/room was clean with a spa , same with the rest of the hotel inside and outside. Parking was easy and fast. Location of the hotel is great Thank you for the great experience

I don't recommend this hotel my family had a bad experience we checked in hotel staff was ok got to room it had rain that day so when we went in beds where all messy we tough okk but I looked to sealing and saw water leak so I decided to ask for different room and the front desk person told me that it was the last room double queen bed they had and al we can get was a king bed with sofa bed i don't usually complain but this time it was uncomfortable for my family since we were tired, so bad bad service experience.

Quality for your money.

Pros: The spacious hotel room and the complimentary breakfast.
Cons: The front desk person with the unfriendly attitude.
Location: Easy access to freeway. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to Irvine Spectrum and Mission Viejo Mall. 20 mins from Disneyland, and Knotts Berry Farm.
We had to stay here while our home was being fumigated. That meant 5 people in one room! We were pleasantly surprised to find a separate living area with couches and a tv. The room was clean and comfortable. More than sufficient for our two night stay. The complimentary breakfast included cereals, waffles, pastries and breads and cooked to order eggs, bacon, sausage and hash browns! The cook and waitress were friendly and helpful. The check in person was very friendly as was the girl who checked us out. The only downside to our stay was one of the employees at the front desk. He was there both mornings we came down at 7am to get our breakfast tickets. He was rude and unfriendly. Did not make eye contact and barely spoke two words to us. Not someone you want to encounter first thing in the morning. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.

excellent customer service

My room was large, comfortable, clean, quiet, and every staff member I encountered -- from the maids to the front desk staff -- was fantastic: friendly, professional, patient, good humored. I booked reservations via hotels.com and all went smoothly. I absentmindedly left some personal belongings in a drawer the day I checked out. When I remembered and called the hotel 5 hours later, my stuff, including over $100 in cash was still there! The front desk personnel retrieved it for me. That impressed me and made me very happy. One of them even volunteered to mail my belongings to me at my home address, out of state. I'm still waiting for that to happen, but have faith it will. Their staff is excellent. (The only negative thing I'd say is that the instructions on the safe were unclear/inaccurate. The instructions said to press a red button in order to program the safe, and I looked all over that thing, saw no red button and eventually gave up and put my money in the drawer instead. I should have just called the front desk and asked for help, but I was so tired upon arrival, I just wanted to sleep.)

Excellent Hotel for the price. There was a missing smoke detector in the bedroom and some TV channels were fuzzy but other than that a true bargain. The surprise was the separate bedroom with it's own TV. This was a complete suite and much better than your average 3 star hotel. I'll definitely stay here again.
