“Good for the price”

The hotel appearance doesn't look that good, but we got surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room. Free parking and continental breakfast included now days makes a big difference too. Front desk was very helpful with our needs and the neighborhood was not noisy. There is a big shopping mall by short driving distance with lots of options and a shuttle to disney every hour that costs less than parking over there. It is not like staying right in front of disney but I would go back.

“One of the best deals I've found yet!!”

My mother and I loved the suite! Nice and roomy. A TV in both the sleeping area and the common area. The people at the front desk were friendly and curtious. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

“good for the price”

Got it through last minute discount. Only downside is located in the common areas of the hotel: stain on carpets in the hallways and spills not cleaned up during stay. Walls and ceiling are thin so if you have kids, be sure to control the noise as other guests might complain.

So we stayed here for the weekend. I have to say it was a pretty good stay. Loved the size of the room and for the price we can't complain. The breakfast was decent.

“Will not return”

Breakfast is probably the worst I have ever had. Selections are very limited. Found hairs in the shower, on the wall and on the bathroom towel. One of the pillows had a giant wet stain on it. Got back late from Disneyland one night and called the front desk for towels since we choose not to have housekeeping come in and was told we would need to come and get them. I have never been at a hotel where they cannot deliver bath towels to you. The pillows on the beds consist of 2 larger hard pillows and 2 smaller soft pillows, when I asked for extra smaller soft pillows the front desl clerk replied they have no extra pillows so I would advise to bring your own from home. The bed is very firm if that is what you prefer then it will work. We also booked a 2 bedroom suite with 2 queens and was pretty sure we were told the sofa in the other room turns into a bed, however it does not. On the plus side the decor seems more modern with darker woods then most hotels.

“We've stayed here many times”

We usually stay here due to the location (close to the mall and Vans) and have been doing so for 5 years. The service has been consistently great and the rooms are clean. The rooms are updated, although the walls are a little thin. This time we got lucky with a one bedroom suite (spacious with a mini kitchen); those are the best!
