Family Trip

Posted Apr 17, 2014
We have 5 yr old twins and the suite makes it very roomy for all of us. I slept great and so did the kids. Very clean and comfortable. This is our second time staying at this hotel so we are defintely sold on this place. Disneyland is a hop and a skip away. Very convenient.

Spacious suites but poor sound insulation

Posted Apr 17, 2014
The suites themselves are very well appointed. A lounge section with a mini kitchen and fridge, with its' own tv, and a massive master bedroom with tv an ensuite facilities. However, we felt that the positive points were let down by poor sound insulation between floors, and a very noisy plumbing system. Our room also faced onto the pool area, which on our first night was filled with screaming kids. The windows did not negate the racket. We felt that the breakfast area was on the small side, and the breakfast, whilst adequate, was a tad megure. Overall, a good family base from which to explore Disney or the far better Knotts Berry Farm theme parks. Carolina's Italian restaurant in Chapman avenue is thoroughly recommended.

Nice hotel with separate living/sitting area.

Posted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: the size of the room.
Cons: the continental breakfast could offer more items.
Location: Disneyland and Univerasal studios were our attractions in the area.
Loved the extra room at this hotel as we were a family of 4 traveling to Disneyland/Universal. The separate living room area with television was great. Breakfast was OK but they could expand the items they offer.

Well located hotel

Posted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: Everything!
Cons: More sun loungers and drawers/storage in the room
Location: Disney is 10 mins drive, plenty of places to eat and shop, beach is 20 mins, San Diego is 1hr30 mins drive - excellent location!
Having spent considerable time in California, I knew that Anaheim/Orange was a nice part for a family holiday and well located as far as touristy stuff was concerned. We weren't disappointed with the hotel, check in was easy, we were surprised with a free breakfast everyday which was excellent and the room was clean and tidy. The pool was lovely, warm and well maintained, the hot tub was just that (very hot but fab) and our stay was excellent and very enjoyable. My only criticism is that there wasn't enough drawer/storage space in our room and there could have been a few more sun loungers, but I would most definitely stay at this hotel again :-D

nice hotel about 3 miles from disneyland

Posted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: the room was clean and lots of space. the staff friendly
Cons: add a little variety to the breakfast
Location: close to Disneyland which is what we were looking for
The room had a lot of space. Breakfast was ok but we stayed 5 nights and it was the same thing everyday, could use some variety. the shuttle left for Disneyland at 15 after the hour so if you missed it you had to wait another hour.

Very pleasant stay!

Posted Apr 12, 2014
Pros: Large two room suites and convenient location.
Cons: Breakfast offerings was OK, but could be better.
Location: Very convenient to all our needs and of course, Disneyland.
Our rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. Large two room suites fit our family with room to spare. The location was very convenient to nearby food, shopping and the Disney parking area. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Great place for a trip to Disney

Posted Apr 12, 2014
Pros: The room was nice and the pool was too. It was mostly families because of its location in regard to Disneyland.
Location: Very close to Disneyland, less than 10 minute drive. Also close to John Wayne airport. Definitely would stay here again.
Had a great experience at this hotel. After reading about how long it would take and cost to get the shuttle to Disneyland, we rented a car. The car was cheap and parking was free. I would definitely stay here again and would get a car again. It didn't take us long at all to get to Disney and it was nice being able to come back to the hotel when we wanted to during the day.

Reasonable price for Disney vacation

Posted Apr 11, 2014
Wanted to stay on Disney, but could not bring myself to pay $300 a night. This hotel was only about 10 minutes away, is in a clean and safe area, and was comfortable and we'll maintained.

Great hotel

Posted Apr 11, 2014
Pros: Room lay out Breakfast Clean rooms Pool
Cons: Update kitchenette
Great hotel for families. Inexpensive (we have stayed different times and have paid only 99/night) great breakfast w/eggs,waffles,pastries etc. hotel is slightly outdated but hotel does its purpose. We appreciated the separate room as we have 3 small children which made nap time & bedtime easier. Great pool and patio/courtyard area. We have stayed here twice & will stay again! Free parking & we paid 15/day to park at Disneyland which would've been comparative to taking the shuttle.

We would stay there again.

Posted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: The room was great and most of the employees were awesome.
Cons: James needs customer service training. Change machine in the laundry room, posting signs when maintenance is being done on the pool (painting).
Location: Disneyland is only 3 miles away with multiple routes to get there. Dave and Busters is real close and plenty of places to eat and shop are down the st
I called a number of times prior to our arrival ensuring our reservations were confirmed and we had the King Suite. I talked with Christina both times and she was great to work with. I requested a suite next to the pool on the bottom floor and we were able to get one. They also allowed us to check in a little early (at around 1:30) which was nice after a six hour drive. We stayed for six nights. The room was very clean and large. We slept great on the king sofa bed and my two kids slept great on the pull out sofa. On the first night while taking a shower, the head fell off and hit the ceramic tile ledge in the tub. It cracked the tile and the head was broke. Maintenance showed up first thing in the morning and fixed everything. It only took them about 10-15 minutes to fix the tile and replace the shower head. They did a great job. James assisted with the replacement of the showerhead and they didn't charge me for anything. Most all of the employees (with the exception of James) to include the cleaning ladies who promptly cleaned our room every morning were great. The breakfast was very good and they had just about everything you could want and the hours were good. The pool was nice (heated) although the seating area is a little small. According to the rule board, the spa only allows for 4 people at a time. The courtyard was very well maintained and a great place to eat breakfast. Pool towels are distributed at the lobby.
