“A good place to stay at a decent price”

Well maintained Best Western Hotel in a good section of Santa Ana. The daily rate includes a real breakfast (eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, juice, etc.) rather than a "continental" breakfast. I have stayed here in the past and will stay here again in future. A good value.

“Good Value”

This hotel is conveniently located close to 55 fwy and included a hot breakfast with our stay which was very convenient with small kids. The interior of the room is somewhat dingy and needs an upgrade. Feels like a motel class accomodation. Otherwise we had no other complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful.

“hotel management was horrible”

i planned on staying two days and checked out after the first night due to them repaving the parking lot. when we reserved the room there was no mention of it and since we had to pay expedia first, could not purchase different accomidations. so we checked out and they wouldnt refund the second day.

“Exceptional value for a low price”

This is a great place to stay at a fairly low price. Both the room and bed were clean and comfortable and there was virtually no noise from the airport. I was able to check in quickly and there is a decent breakfast included in the price (eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, juice, coffee). This hotel is located on a street developed with several other hotels. I felt entirely safe and freeway access is nearby. There are better places to stay, but few at this price.

“Terrific Motel”

Best Western Plus Orange County Airport North was a great surprise, and I will stay there again if I am back in the area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the shuttle service to and from the airport was top notch, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this as a good hotel for travelers who just need a basic place to stay for a few days.

“Great Value”

“Be careful of the ants!”

The room had an old musty smell, almost as if it previously was a smoking room and overnight we were inundated by ants coming out of the sink. I thought I had removed all the ants from our items, but my husbands car now is host to an army that I apparently did not leave behind. Not good.

“new grannie”

Close to new grand baby:) Easy access from freeway, clean, affordable rooms, nice hot breakfast included. Have stayed twice now, will prob be back before long!
