Disney vacationPosted Mar 2, 2015
hotel was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Best part was it was a decent price for being close to downtown Disney, it was about a 10-15 min walk to the park. Breakfast was pretty good and a restaurant right outside the hotel that offered room service. Room was very clean, only fault we found was the ac unit needed a new filter and didn't seem to work all that great. But overall it was a great stay and well worth the price for comfort and closeness to the park

I would not book here againPosted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: The Service at the front desk from one lady who I had unfortunantly forgotten her name. It was close to Disney a 10 minute walk.
Cons: the inside of the hotel room, needs major cleaning! The breakfast, worst breakfast I have ever been too.
Location: Location was great 10 minutes walk from Disneyland.
The girl at the front desk who checked us in and out of the hotel was amazing she had excellent PR skills and was very cheerful and exceptionally helpful. I am sorry I had forgotten her name. The hotel was close to Disney a 10 minute walk. Those are the only two good things I can say about this hotel. The hotel's room itself was run down and very disappointing. The carpets looked as if they where not properly cleaned, I suggest wearing slippers or socks and the corners of the walls had dirt in them, my family felt dirty being in the hotel room itself. At least the sheets on the bed where clean and thankfully we spent all our time at Disney and just needed a bed to sleep in at night. We went to the breakfast at the hotel and we where very disappointed the food was cold and terrible my children could not even get the food down with out gagging, the scrabbled eggs where like rubber one taste and in the garbage they went, the coffee tasted burnt ) : We took a apple each and went on our way, and sadly the apple was even gross, our daughter said it tasted like plastic I tried and she was right even the apple you could not even swallow....needless to say we did not even attempt to go back. I will book at another hotel close by to Disney in the future.

re: can"t beat the locationPosted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Cons: I wish that the swimming pool was open later than 5 pm because most people wouldn't be back at the hotel until after the park closes.
Location: I like that there are a few restaurants close by this hotel.
This hotel was conveniently located right across from Grand California Adventure Park. Staff was nice and friendly especially Jelissa at the front desk who let us check in 2 hrs early.

Nice room, room but.Posted Feb 22, 2015
They start making loud noises with power washing your doors and the walls are thin. So if you had a long night. This hotel might make you crazy in the morning. in the plus side I got an early check in

It was a good experience. Room was spacious and clean. Has a mini fridge and microwave. It's good for staying a night when in Disneyland. Free continental breakfast is a plus! Easy parking.

Nice place to stay while DisneyingPosted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: Nice pool, clean rooms, good continental breakfast; a small fridge and a microwave in the room.
Cons: Wifi barely worked--you had to go to the lobby to get a good connection. This helped keep us off the electronics, but was a disappointment.
Location: Very close to Disney--an easy walk; and with two decent family restaurants just outside.
The hotel was just what we needed--inexpensive, clean, comfortable. We only used the pool once as we were there to do Disney--but it was fun, with cute topiary animals all around the pool. Good breakfast, though the dining room gets quite crowded mid-morning.

Great location for visiting Disneyland. Clean, comfortable and quiet. I was traveling alone but would be perfect for families.
