Horrible ServicePosted Jul 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Not a great experience in anyway. Only chose this hotel due to it being the only one around for the US open, since all other hotels were booked. The front desk gentlemen spoke very little English and made the process very difficult, claimed I had a declined card while showing me the receipt and it was not matching my type of card nor the last 4 digits yet still didn't understand. Will never stay here again. Rooms were okay, wood floors which was not my favorite.

Pros: See above.
Cons: See above.
Bottom line is this, we waited too late to get the hotel we really wanted and settled for what was available for a reasonable price. Short list of incoveniences: 1) key didn't work as I had our two children asleep around midnight 2) refrigerator made an awful noise that could not let us go to sleep. 3) sheets were not completely clean (had spots) 4) Iron needed a $20 deposit (of which we didn't know we had to do) 5) Not in the best area of town, had to listen to a number of people yelling at night 6) parking is horrible, had to walk a long way to get to the room 7) The rooms did have all of the other amenities they promised. There it is.

Nice place . 15 mins away from Disneyland :).Posted Jul 25, 2013
Pros: Bed was comfortable . Showers were cleaned
Cons: A bit more approachable, kinda grumpy :/
Hosting was good. Although we got there right at check in and the room was being cleaned, we had to wait a couple of minuets. The girl that was cleaning said she would return with towels that were missing , but never showed up. So i ended up sharing the one towel with my loved one (although i didnt mind ) Other then that it was good. Great service:)

When the first sign I see in the lobby is "no visitors allowed in rooms" I knew I had made a mistake.

A good deal off the tourist stripPosted Jun 15, 2013
Cons: The Wi-Fi connection could not support a lot of simultaneous data. Because of this I missef a large portion of an on-line class.
The staff is very pleasant, amenable and willing to help. The ownership is making changes to the hotel which are very attractive...remodeling old rooms, putting in colorful landscaping, and giving this older property some attractive character. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. The surrounding area is an old sex-working block, which is slowly, but surely dying. THANK GOD! There are still some remnants. Although at no time during my one-week stay with my daughter daughter did I feel unsafe. The hotel is in the middle of town and close and easily accessible to a lot of quality and economical restaurants and stores. Every morning a FULL continental breakfast (cereal, milk, toast, muffins, juice , coffee, tea, hot chocolate) at no cost, with tables available for guests to eat together. Rooms also provide refrigerator, freezer and microwaves in order for guests to bring their own food. I really appreciate how the ownership is taking this run-down motel and fixing it up to be a pleasant, comfortable and economical place to stay. I would highly recommend it for a budget vacation or business trip.

Less than pleasedPosted Jun 1, 2013
Pros: Leaving. Then again, it was not the best neighborhood
Cons: The guy at the front desk. Needs to stop and listen before answering
The rooms are very cheaply remodeled and still use boob tube tv's. Not to mention the guy at the desk likes to answer your question wrongly because he's too busy interrupting you before you even finish asking your question.

Location: bad part of town
horrible non smoking room stunk like weed, the people next to us were smoking in there room. sounded like there was a sex party going on all night above us, condoms and alcohol bottles in the parking lot. when we pulled in there was a homeless women digging in the garbage. when we would get back to our room after a long day out with tired little kiddos our room key wouldn't work so we would have to go get a new key everytime we left the room. the breakfast left alot to be desired
