Never againPosted Aug 28, 2014
I chose this hotel based on its location. Bad choice, hallways and lobby smell due to guests with pets. Internet access is slooow. The holiday Inn express looks like a better option

Nice hotel. No view or pool, though.Posted May 6, 2014
Pros: I liked the kitchenette, the separate bedroom and having a TV in the living area and the bedroom.
Cons: It would be nice if there were a pool.
Location: Very close to Disneyland and dining. There is an AMPM right out front, which is convenient to get drinks, etc. There are also fast food restaurants.
They have movies that you can borrow from the front desk. There is a free gym and washers and dryers on sight. There is also drinks and food that you can get charged to your room. I didn't see the prices, but it was nice to know it was there just in case. There was always someone at the front desk who was friendly and helpful. The rooms were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

I go online each day looking for a hotel with my needs. I extended my stay due to over whelming on this hotels services & staff. I recommend friends & family experience what I experience with them.

beaches not too far...Posted May 5, 2014
Pros: I liked the fact... it had kitchen and had laundry room and didn't have to pay for it... thought that was nice.... Staff was very pleasant...
Cons: I think they need to improve the hallways, need a paint job and rugs need to ripped up and replaced... and air fresheners in hallways ...alos
Location: .. Had to drive a little to get to attractions... but overall was good location
The experience in california was great...It was a nice area... a little driving to attractions weather was great...will like to visit again....rooms were clean but hallways and rugs need to be replaced... didn't get a good impression when you walk in to hotel.. i think if they paint and change carpets will make it more welcoming...also had to ask for room service to come because they only come once a week ,and they didn't come to clean.. so had to ask front desk to have them come.. had it done a day before we left.... they need to make sure people get there room service...

Great place to stay.Posted Mar 30, 2014
The suite with kitchen is perfect for people looking for a cheap place to stay near Disneyland. The room had free WiFi and was modern in design. Bathrooms are huge.

Dirty..Posted Mar 18, 2014
Hallway smelled like armpits, bathrooms seemed like they hadn't been cleaned at all! Pubes and toilet paper stuck to toilet seat. On one of the pillows there was hair and boogers. Dirty tissues under the bed..just a horrible experience over all..

no breakfast :(Posted Mar 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were in town for a volleyball tournament. We go every few weeks, and, while we live close, I'd much rather get up at 6, that get up at 4 to drive into Anaheim for the all day event. So, we've been trying out different reasonably priced hotels in the area, looking for the perfect one. My number 1 priority in choosing a place to sleep is cleanliness. This met the condition, as it was kept up nicely, but it still, even though it had obviously been remodeled, had that stale smokers smell that you just can't get out... remodel was nice though: nice mattresses, not musty, fresh paint... nice. But that smoke smell grosses me out. My 2nd priority in hotel choosing is BREAKFAST. Getting up at 6 on a Saturday morning is hard enough. Getting up at 5:30 and searching out breakfast is torture. I want to grab something and go. I actually chose this hotel just because it offered breakfast. There were other rooms, comparable rates and ratings, with no breakfast, but I WANTED BREAKFAST. When I checked in, I asked where it would be, and she said, "we have items available for purchase that you can prepare in your room." Our room had a full kitchen, including full size fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, etc., so it's obviously meant for business travelers or Disneyland visitors, but not for me, It was a nice hotel: clean, but not fancy, inexpensive, with a central location, but I'll be looking elsewhere for the next stay.
