“Very satisfied”
I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews before booking for the Memorial weekend trip, but the Castle was the only one had the shortest walking distance to the parks, had vacancy with 2 queen beds, and the rate was still reasonable. Besides, I had always wanted to stay once at this nice looking hotel. I wasn't dissappointed. The rooms, albeit worn, are comfortably large and very very clean. The bathroom was spotless. We did not get any black feet after walking barefooted on carpet all the time. Sheets were silky white, and rooms were meticulously prepared, with towels shaped in swans in the bathroom and shells on the vanity. It shows that they do care to impress customers in every little details. Our first room had some strange smell, a simple phone call and the front desk immediately switched us to another. And the room was not rented that day - when we came back late evening that room had door opened, apprently to be aired out. Parking wasn't bad either - when we arrived at 6:30 PM more than half of the lot was empty. I could see one might have problem only if you arrives after park closes in the midnight. However the hotel do seems guarantee a spot for each room. Overall an excellent stay, and kid were really happy - how exciting it was to come back to a beautiful castle after watching firework show over another castle in the park. Highly recommended.
