Employees were friendly and the hotel looks nice. Rooms were clean and nice too! Loved their pillows!!!!!! Better pillows than the ones at Planet Hollywood. Very close to Disneyland as well.

Loved the hotel, would go back again.

Pros: Good location and access to I-5
Beds were great. Bathrooms clean. Had short toilets which would be difficult for people with leg problems, but they worked great. Pool was clean. Health room had good equipment. Breakfast area large enough. Did not like the flat eggs. Waffles always good. We enjoyed our stay and would pick this one again.

Pros: the room, breakfast and cheap laundrette nearby
Cons: the distance from disney
Location: as above
The hotel was convenient with a pool and spa that we had the luxury of having it all to ourselves. The main disadvantage was it being a bit too far to walk at the end of a busy day walking round Disney. The staff were very pleasant but the breakfast staff seemed fed up and unfriendly. The nearby convenience store and takeaway was a bit undesireable. although the public laundrette was very cheap and easy to access but also a bit undesirable.

Very pleasantly surprised

Our hotel room was spacious, modern, and very clean. Our room faced the highway, but this was not a problem for us (and I'm a very light sleeper). I was relieved that the bed/bedding were very clean and comfortable, as that is the main thing that I am most wary about when staying in hotels. The bathroom seemed HUGE with beautiful countertops. It's so refreshing to stay at a reasonably priced hotel that is kept so well. Breakfast was your standard continental, and yes, there are many families and young children because most people are staying there to be close to Disneyland. However, we didn't have trouble finding seating during breakfast. The ART bus that takes you to Disneyland, etc. stops right around the corner from the hotel. It's $3 for a one-way ride on the bus, or $4 round trip if you can find a kiosk, as the hotel does not sell day passes. There's a small store next door that sells random necessities that you might need, and there are several restaurants (Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's, etc.) just two or three blocks away, though they tend to have a bit of a wait so next time I would make reservations if possible, unless you don't mind sitting at the bar. Overall, very happy with this choice of hotel for our short Disneyland trip. I was not expecting the hotel rooms to be so nice! I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who is visiting this area.

Location: 3 km from Disneyland
Very good option, the pillows are great. Just 3km from Disneyland. The breakfast is free and it´s ok. The micro and fridge inthe bedroom are a plus.

Could you accomodate people of different sizes?
Posted Jan 15, 2013
Pros: It was clean, all amenities were provided.
Cons: I did not sleep well.
Location: It is next to the freeway, so there is freeway noise all night, but I just turned on the fan to drown it out and did fine.
The beds were too hard, and the pillows were way too tall. to be comfortable. Since ther are at least four pillows on each bed, perhaps having different sizes may make it more comfortable for a wider variety of people. Overall happy, except for the back and neck ache upon waking.

Good hotel for family going to Disneyland
Posted Jan 6, 2013
Pros: Close location to Hilton Convention Center
Cons: Because of the proximity to Disneyland, many families stay in the hotel which makes it impossible to have a quiet breakfast
Location: Good for families or anyone there for tourism as it is really close to Disneyland
Hotel was close to the venue I needed to attend to, but also very close to Disneyland which makes it very attractive for Families. It was also very close (walking distance) to convenience store, coffee shop, fast food joints and gas station. The staff is courteous and the room adequate as any other comfort inn catered to business travelers. The breakfast area rather small to accommodate so many families with kids which made it rather difficult to have a peaceful decent breakfast. The parking lot had plenty of space to accommodate many cars. The business center although small had a couple of pc's an a printer which worked perfectly fine. Noise level was ok mostly due to the highway exit / entrance right behind the rooms in that side of the building.

Ok Hotel

The jacuzzi in the hotel is still under mantainance as it has been for a long time. Is an ok hotel and the rooms are clean, but I would stay somewhere else next time closer to the parks.
