“Not good”

I stayed for four nights. I noticed there were quite a few ants in the bathroom in the first day. Then I complained to the front desk. Then the ants seemed less but still there.

“Needs some improvement. Hallways are not well lit, toilet tissue holder falling off it's place”

Door didn't look too secured. Looked as if it was already kicked in. Breakfast could've had more varieties and the hot drink was only tea and coffee, no cocoa.

“loved my stay”

loved my whole experience only thing that the plug for the blow dryer was not working but I was able to live with that just couldnt dry my hair had to go with the natural look for the day but the workers were all very nice and the room was so nice and clean loved my stay

“"un pleasant hotel experience"”

leaking toilet, ants in the bathroom, hanging spiders outside the door and many bed bugs with uncleaned/stained sheets - definitely not good for family

“Will not stay there again”

Wanted a hotel near the airport for one night. Checked in late, lobby was nice, but when I got to my room the TV did not work. They said they would change my room and send someone up with another key ASAP. About 15 minutes later someone came with a key to another room. Got to this room, TV worked, and as I was getting ready for bed saw bugs, looked like ants, all over the bathroom. It was too late to change rooms again, I was tired and was leaving early in the morning. when I checked out I told the lady at the front desk about the bugs and she said "Where they in the bathroom" and I said yes. She really did not make any other comments, like I am sorry or what can I do. It appeared she was not surprised and knew about them. UNBELIEVABLE. Needless to say I will not stay there again. I will pay more for a nicer hotel.

“Comfort Inn/Suites Santa Ana”

The check in was efficient and the clerk was very pleasant. The hotel is clean and adequately maintained for the age of the property. I did not partake in the offered breakfast so I have no comments. I used the hot tub in the evening and their were no towels by the pool. When I returned to my room to shower, I noticed no hair conditioner was in the bathroom. I called the desk to see if I could get some and was told they had run out and did not have any. Overall my stay was satisfactory.

The area the hotel is located is fine but, not much for food within walking distance
