Very Disappointed with the Staff and ServicePosted Jul 27, 2015
Checked in with Saber and he highly recommended the restaurant. The NY Steak was overcooked and a mediocre piece of meat, the chicken wings were soggy and we ended up getting Cheese and Salami from Trader Joes. The room had wine left over from the previous guest. We requested robes and pillows and left a sizable tip for the maid (Eshter) and found she took the envelope and didn't complete any requests. We checked out two days early and couldn't believe this has a Marriott on the building. The bed and linens were up to Marriott standards

Quick Trip for July 4th weekendPosted Jul 12, 2015
On the whole very good, but its the details that make yhinfs wrong. No elevator in parking garage, and very tight spaces and your charged to park.. not good!! We were not told at check in about either of these details. Our rate included breakfast, which was good. No free Wi-Fi also not good. Considering it was holiday weekend, just getting room on short notice worked out great and didn't break the bank.

Could be upgradedPosted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: staff and service
Cons: uplift the rooms and especially the furniture.
Location: Near major shopping center and some restaurants
Nice service by the hotel staff. They addressed our needs in a timely manner. The hotel in general needs an uplift.

A Good Place to Stay for Business TravelersPosted Jun 22, 2015
The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to many business hubs, arts, shopping and restaurants. The rooms are a decent size. Solid exercise facilities and a nice pool and lake view if you're on the right side of the hotel. $24 per night to park there but otherwise a good value.

A little disappointedPosted Jun 6, 2015
Pros: staff was friendly and Elsa our cleaning lady was great.
Cons: see comments above about living area and how the suite is equipped.
Location: Coast Coast Plaza
The hotel is a suites hotel , but i didn't find the room equiped like a suite . The sitting room has a TV over the coffee bar and the only seatting is a couch that is 90 degrees to the TV. Seems like it needs updating and some redesign done.

Very nicePosted May 31, 2015
Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a suite with a king sized bed. It had a nice patio. Bed was fine, sofa a bit stiff and the bathroom was very nice. Hotel staff were very kind. Breakfast buffet a little pricey but very good. The parking structure doesn't have an elevator, so it was s little tough carrying our luggage up stairs.
