Pros: Everything, that is why I stay there often...
Everyone was very nice, and did a great Job, all were helpful and professional, although I don't like the parking fee, $23 for a night... a little too high,

Location is good. It's only ten minutes away from south coast plaza by walking! I really liked the layout of the room. There was separated living space with couch.

Pros: Room was gorgeous! Except for the bed!
Cons: New bed and pillows!!!!!
Location: Came down to visit family! Hotel was within 8 miles of the families!
You need to replace the bed and pillows. Could not sleep well in the bed, it kept caving into the middle. Pillows were not comfortable. I did make my arrangements by the internet and new you would have a charge for our pet, but I was originally quoted $100.00 and yours was $150.00!

TIRED HOTEL

Cons: One of two elevators was out of order during entire stay. Restaurant was marginal for a Marriott. More like a Day's Inn...
Location: Close to South Coast Plaza.
We stayed 2 nights while visiting family in the area for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. There was no bellman, so the check in staff had to help us with luggage. First room we checked into (or tried) had a flooded bathroom and smelly gunk in sink. Second room had a device for Iphones next to bed that went off at 3am, and we were unable to shut if off (lound music) had to disconnect at wall and put out on balcony to sleep, as even after pulling plug, it kept buzzing. The hotel staff was trying hard, but obviously new to their tasks. Not what you would expect from a Marriott. Parking was a zoo as automatic gates never worked with room key, and we had to buzz desk each time.

King bed suite - lake view

Pros: Location, spacious room, balcony, price
Cons: Blanket stain
I got the king bed suite with the lake view. The unit has a couch, desk, and tv in the living room. The bed room has an attached balcony. The room was nice but nothing special. The blanket had a large pen ink stain. The facility is not new but not old. I would definitely stay here again because for the price ($100/night), it is the best option by far for the area. Also, keep in mind that there is a parking fee and internet fee.

Pros: I liked the location and the general feel of the place. Had a Thanksgiving dinner at their restaurant that was delicious.
Cons: I did not like the fact that I had to pay $23 a day to park there at night (we were gone during the day). I think that is too much for parking.
Liked the hotel, but the room needed to be cleaned better. The carpets needed vacuuming, and their was dust on counters.

I was in town for a get together with some friends. I stayed there with my gorlfruend. clean room, lobby and hallways. staff was very friendly and helpful. would defiantly stay here again.
