“Nice and clean”

After spending a fun night at Medival Times it was nice to rest in a clean, comfortable bed before a long drive back home. The room was nicely clean and quiet. The hotel location is great, we just have to cross the street to our destination. I wished breakfast was included. As we checked out my kids were looking for bagels and waffles.

“very good bang for the buck”

I was very pleased with the overall comfort and quality of the hotel. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable; in fact, I looked for the label to see what brand it was. Room was very spacious with nice office area and internet access; couch with pull-out mattress; and a refrigerator that was neatly disquised as a cabinet door that matched the rest of the dresser and desk area. Hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgable-knew the directions to all the locations I asked about. Also, the hotel features a pleasant,quiet courtyard and pool area, including several gazebos that make great locations for a late-evening nightcap with friends or family you're traveling with. Overall, the hotel is a great place for a family to stay while vacationing, and the workspace allows for a little business to be conducted,if necessary. Overall strengths - security entrance, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Need for improvement - new carpeting in the hallways, which smell a little musty; otherwise rooms are very clean.

We have stayed here before and when we were going to be in the area again we just chose the same place. We knew we would be comfortable.

“Pleasantly surprised!”

We stayed one night at the Courtyard before going to Knotts BerryFarm. We were pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleanliness of the facility. Not glamourous but very inviting, the Courtyard was a perfect hotel for our family with two young children. They enjoyed the pool, and we all felt very secure in our ground floor room which opened to the interior courtyard. Better quality linens were a plus and roll away beds at no extra cost. The hotel provides a nice breakfast at additional charge.

“Convenient and a Great Value”

Right off of the freeway and next to Knott's Berry Farm this Courtyard has a terrific location that's convienient to getting to Disneyland as well. The price is right and the room was very clean and spacious. Fresh paper at the door in the morning was a nice touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definetely would stay here again.

“VERY convenient and cooperative”

We had a few glitches when we arrived (TV remote didn't work, Internet hook-up was faulty), but all we had to do was ask for it to be fixed and it was, as soon as they possibly could. The Courtyard was also central to just about anything you needed within a few blocks radius, so perfect if you have a car. The courtyard and pool were refreshing and calm, and it was a very quiet hotel. We'd definitely go back.

Everything about this hotel was great. From check-in to check-out. Rooms were very clean.Front desk was very helpful. Location was great. Great restaurant next door. Next time in town we will be staying here again.
