“Great Stay”

Great place to stay, though it is located in more of a business area. Love the food and Starbucks coffee...

“Very nice place to stay”

It is a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is relatively easy to find, parking was adequate. The waitresses at the buffet were friendly, competent and kept my coffee cup filled.

“Great place to stay!”

The airline had lost my luggage, so I arrived at the hotel with almost nothing. The staff at the hotel went out of there way to make sure I had everything I needed (toothbrush, tolitries, ect.) Once my luggage arrived, the people at the front desk called me and brought me my luggage. They were very helpful!

“Really nice and quiet get away”

Very nice Hotel. The Courtyard area was a serene get-away after a long day at work. Very Friendly Staff. This Hotel had great amenities,i.e.; Nice Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and Work-Out Room.

“A lovely night's sleep!”

At first glance, this hotel seemed average and I wasn't expectng much, but the room was extremely clean and inviting, and I've never slept on a more comfortable bed - I haven't slept that well in weeks. I will definitely consider this hotel on my next trip to California!

“Everything great except for location and courtesy driver”

The hotel was great. the personel was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in the industrial section of town and there is nothing within walking distance if you want a nice sit down dinner. They have a breakfast buffet but that is it. Everything else is off site. We didn't have a car so we had to walk or take a taxi to everything which ran us about $20 dollars everytime we used it. The hotel had a courtesy driver which took us for a ride and then told us the ride was for free because he took us to a different location and then tried to make us pay $20 when we finally did make it to the right place. We only gave him $10 (which he was lucky to get), talked to the hotel and they appologized and took care of the situation. The local taxi service isn't much better. We were asked for a cross street and we don't live in this city!!! The hotel was remodeled last year and it is very nice. The rooms and bathroom was very clean. It was very quiet also and we were on the street side of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers but not for families. They did have a pool but that is it for the kids.

We stay at this hotel everytime we visit Cali. It is in a very convenient location for every recreation imaginable. Staff is super nice!

“Worth Finding”

This hotel is alittle off the beaten path, but very nice. Clean, friendly, lots of extra pillows and the room was large. The only down side for us was the bed was firmer than we like.
