There was an extra fee to have sheets changed of $75. There were roaches, usb ports did not work and the size of the refrigerator for a suite was small not large enough to hold snacks for a family of four.

Not satisfied. When i check out there is no front desk incharge she is busy doing some stuff gor display and just told me to leave the door key card in the counter (not so friendly staff).

No one at the front desk to check out or no where to drop off the card keys. There's a sign said please see front desk so they can check you out, but no one in sight. myself and other couple left our card keys at front desk and leave

We ask several time to come and clean dirty area from previous customer and they never come we ask for towels they bring only one time in 7 days and no room cleaning every day the told us they do in 6 days of staying no happy at all I definitely need some credit

Was only really there to sleep as we were out all day. Our key card wasn’t working at least half of the days when we got back. Also they stated that housekeeping doesn’t come everyday but they did not come by at all during our stay. It was an okay stay overall.

I didn't realize the check in was at 4. I came at 2 and was charge an extra $30. I literally stayed for 90 minutes and checked out. Ive been too many hotels and for the staff to charge an exta $30 when there were hardly any guests at the hotel. Im asian and my gf is Persian and the clerk was of middle eastern decent and seemed like she was bother my our relationship

We were told while checking in that it’s $10 a day parking to park on property, which when I went to show them that it’s not on their website, the printed out and showed me the very small obscure spot that it’s stated. Which is honestly just ridiculous. Then we got to our room and the bathroom had loose hairs all over the floor and the tub was so dark and dirty. They only come every 7th day to clean (pathetic) and when we requested towels at 9am they weren’t brought to our room until 8:30pm after multiple calls downstairs. The staff wasn’t super friendly, the hotel is right off the highway and the hotel isn’t super clean. I honestly will never be staying here again.

The air and heat didn’t work. I told the front desk and they said it would be taken cater if. After a full day of activities we cane home and we tried to turn in the heat it did not work. We couldn’t complain because they didn’t answer the phone. I will never stay here again. We are leaving today.

We were placed on the first floor which is apparently used for dog friendly rooms. We did not have dogs yet we had to sleep in the smell of dog urine. We just needed one night to rest after a full day of moving. We asked them for room spray and regretted ever coming here. They should never have rooms that are dirty and smell like pet urine! Disgusting

The room next to us was smoking pot and it smelled so bad in our room that we couldn’t sleep till around 3am when they finally stopped. After driving 6 hours that day, we could have really used a good nights sleep. The hotel is smoke free but somehow pot must not have fit into that category.

the $10 per night parking charge was never mentioned anywhere when booking. The are no cameras in the parking lot, there is no parking security. They charge for parking in a regular none secured or patrolled parking lot next to the hotel. Bare bones service, no complimentary coffee. The charge $4 per cup

We were not satisfied with our stay. The room did not have a microwave and was super cramped. The room keys did not work and we had to get it switched multiple times. When asked for help, the front desk supervisor, Evelyn, gave us so much attitude and kept saying the key should work. After getting her upstairs to tested it out and realizing it did not work, she finally decided to help us. It was definitely inconvenient having to go down 5 levels multiple times just get the keys fixed and access our rooms. Requesting for basic amenities, such as more towels and Kleenex, was another hassle. It would take us having to call a couple of times and waiting a long time to get the things we needed. We are not staying here again and would not recommend.
