I liked the landscaping and cleanliness at this property. The hallway carpet entering the room was dirty and maybe shampooing it will give it a better look.

Well the first time that I arrived they gave me the wrong room but after I saw it I call front desk and then they gave me a room with jacuzzi after that it was perfect

This motel is fine, the room was pretty clean and the staff was friendly and quick to help. It’s nice that they have laundry for pretty cheap. Unfortunately the internet setup isn’t great. I was unable to connect most of the time. That combined with a pretty lousy selection of tv channels made for a pretty boring stay.

The TV In Our Room Did Not Work. As Well The Phone In The Room Dis Not Work To Call Front Desk. I Had To Use My Phone &’ Inform Them The TV Does Not Work. They Said They Would Come &’ Check It Out. No One Never Showed Up. The Drawers Inside Were Dirty Like Cigarettes Dust. One Of The Windows Had Web Cobs. The Top Bed Sheet Had A Burnt Hole Maybe From Cigarettes. Mind You The Room Is A No Smoking Room! Other Than All Those Issues , The Room Is Very Spacious.

There was blood on the lampshade, a white powder on top of an upturned icebox, mold in the aircon, cigarette burn holes in the sheets… I lasted 45 seconds after check in before I checked out. The woman on the desk couldn’t care less. All I was told was that there were no refunds… AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The staff were friendly, kind, helpful and professional. There were a few instances that I needed assistance and they were happy to help! The only thing is the last time I stayed there they had a continental breakfast, but they don't any longer. The upside is they offer coffee. this property is very rundown and dirty. the carpets are very dirty, the drawers and bathroom are dirty. the desk chair was falling apart. very pricey for what it really is. wouldn’t stay here again.

Our room was nice and roomy. The lady at the front desk was NOT friendly at all. Zero smiles and no common manners like “You’re welcome. Or Have a nice stay.” The pillows suck and the bed had springs that poked us. The room didn’t have any extra blankets. And the duvet was dated and has a hole in it. Our headboard has a lot of scratches. The room was decent for the price but still could have some improvements. There are tons of homeless, druggies and sketchy people.

The room had a bed bug crawling on my pillow. I contacted the front office and explained the situation and that I’d like a refund and leave. The front desk clerk said his manager does not approve of the refund. Their solution is to move me another room, send a person to inspect the room with bed bugs in the morning. And only then, if they confirm there was indeed a bed bug they will refund me. This is absolutely awful service and an awful solution to not refunding me anything and say they found nothing. If I could give them zero stars I would.
