Pros: Well centralized - easy access to freeways - staff helpful with questions
Cons: The area for continental breakfast should be larger
Location: It was simple to find my way around as the location was close by.
Freeway noise didn't allow to open window to conserve energy and not use air conditioner. Continental breakfast area was small and not much sitting area. Difficult to find at first as driveway is not well marked for the hotel as it is located behind 2 different restaurants.

Door had a huge gap all around it witch allowed the traffic from the freeway right next door to echo loudly into the room. Wine bottles left in the stairwells for 2 days. I finally picked them up and threw them away. Staff running the breakfast were surly at best. HORRIBLE hotel!!!

Cons: So many things can be improved, primarily the overall condition of the rooms.
I have stayed at this location twice. Both times the sheets were disgusting. The pillow cases and sheets had stains on them. This second time the alarm clock did not work, and the phone was missing buttons. The wall had unknown dried liquid down it and the room smelled like feet. When I called the front desk I was given the attitude of," well what do you want me to do about it." After raising my voice, I was given a different room. This one did not smell, but again had unknown substance splattered all over the ceiling. The bathroom tub wall had a hole in it. The sheets were stained as well, but appeared to be clean. It is not in walking distance of Knotts. Management needs to spend the money to maintain this location, they are cutting corners and it shows.

Pros: Staff was helpful. Room was clean. Good location, about 15min drive from L.A. A reasonable place to stay and commute into L.A. if on a budget.
Cons: Better lighting in the parking area. No amenities, fridge and microwave would have been helpful.
Location: Not much. Only one grocery store within driving distance.
We just needed a place to sleep one night for our west coast road trip.
