“Very clean”
Pretty nice place. Very clean room, TV kinda old but other than that completely satisfied. Staff very friendly and helpful.
“It was ok for 1 night”
Decent hotel for the area A few great taco stands a couple blocks away I had a poor to limited wifi signal in the room, however 100% in parking lot
“ENJOYED STAY”
Clean, great managers, quiet. Loved it!
“Very happy. The couple who runs it is very wonderful.”
Clean, easy, simple. Very affordable. I liiked the couple who ran it also - they were very accomodating and sweet as people. Very happy
“Great place to stay”
Central location, clean rooms, reasonable price, you won't be disappointed in this hotel!
“vacation in San Clement”
Hotel was just fine, parking on the other hand is not so great. There isn't enough and you wind parking on the streets. Not my first preference.
“san onofre”
Overall, the room is pretty clean, expecially the bathroom. The little breakfast they offer in the morning was simple and nice. Only drawback is that there is not enough parking.
“Avoid Like The Bubonic Plague”
We were driving down PCH and arriving late. Called the owner manager at 6 pm to inform of a late check-in. Hit a series of bad traffic snags in LA, called back 2 hours later and was berated for not taking a faster route. We were going to cancel the reservation and get another close by and were told by the same manager that we were less than 30 miles away and that we shouldn't cancel. Called back 2 hours later when we were getting off exit to hotel and wanted to confirm directions (rental car company didn't have the car we reserved, so we were "upgraded" to a fullsize w/o GPS). Manager/owner told us to stop and ask someone (not joking). It took a while to find the location. When we got there (1am) we were told that the HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE ADEQUATE PARKING (<40 spaces), so I parked where the manager/owner pointed on the street a block away. Found a bag of weed in front of the room (ok if you're a college student, not if you have kids). Room smelled funky and looked like a setting for a Rob Zombie piece. $50 parking ticket on the car in the morning (not joking). Ice machine broken. Owner/manager a raging dill-hole.
“Good for the price”
The room was lrge, comfortable and clean. I had some trouble initially with the Wi Fi, but it eventually worked for me. There was a good deal of traffic noise because the room faced a main street, but there is nothing that can be done about this.
“Never Again!”
Cranky (downright rude) front desk operators Failed to supply basics (soap, shampoo) Front desk was short and curt on every inquiry we made Male @ desk and female@ desk couldn't agree on how we could check in after hours. Zero hospitality- This place reinforces the stereotype of snotty Californians
