“Great little hotel”

The Del Sol is an older hotel, but well kept. The rooms are remodeled and more modern. There are microwaves, and refrigerators in the rooms. The windows have wooden blinds on the inside, that keep out light and sound. The beds, and pillows are quality. We always had a good amount of hot water for showering, not one cold shower. The continental breakfast was pretty good. There was muffins, pastries, two kinds of cereal, toaster waffles, milk, two kinds of juice, coffee, tea, and they are possibly adding hard boiled eggs. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. The location was awesome. They are one block south of Disney main gate, and directly behind Denny's. We have stayed in nicer hotels, but our stay at the Del Sol was more memorable. The most important thing to me was that we got great sleep every night. The noise was very minute, possibly due to the blinds. The price was way better than other hotels near Disney. Dollar for dollar probably the best deal we have ever gotten while on a Disney vacation. Thank you to the staff of the Del Sol.

“Very Nice Place To Stay”

Had a large noisy group (3 rooms) above us the first night. Told the front office staff the next morning and was easily moved to a quiet area. Otherwise, was one of the best places we have stayed nearby to Disneyland.

The hotel room was very big, super close to disneyland and local dining. I will always stay here.

“The only place to stay”

Del Sol has become the only place to stay when visiting Disneyland. We have been going there for the last 6 years for up to a week at a time. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to address concerns. The location is amazing, closer to the park than the Disney hotels. We will continue to stay there.

“Great Little Motel”

So it's not a luxury motel, but the staff were great and friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and it's literally right across the street from Disneyland, so you save on parking. I would definitely go again.

“Wonderul Disneyland Access”

If you're like my family you don't stay at a hotel to spend a lot of time in your room. You look more for access to the things you want to visit. This hotel is across the street from the Disneyland gates and right in the middle of a group of restaurants. The people were very friendly, the continental breakfast was very well supplied, the overall service was great. I would definitally go back here if I was returning to Anaheim. The pool was clean but small if you're looking for a good swim. If frolicking is your idea it was great. The hot tub seated 5 which was cozy. The grocery store was close enough that you didn't always have to eat out.

“Good for the gander”

Although the Del Sol Inn offers up pretty much the basics, it was a very satisfactory experience. I have the second cheapest Disney annual pass which I use about 2-3 times a year. I usually stay here from Sunday to Monday. It is right accross the street from the parks, the rooms are adequate and the hotel staff friendly. This is one of the cheaper hotels on that strip and has held its own. I'm here for the park...the hotel is only an afterthought, but the Del Sol Inn is a pretty good bang for your buck.

“Would Definitely Stay Here Again!”

Everyone we encountered at the Del Sol was very friendly and accommodating! Our room was great-- in the hallway, so it actually stayed darker longer than the others that had direct sunlight (we liked that b/c our kids got to sleep easier). The pool is small, but large enough for a mid-day cool down, and is also gated so it's safe. It does close around 10pm, so you can't plan on a swim after you get back from Disney. The walk to the Disneyland Resort was SO EASY AND CLOSE!!!! You really can't beat the location for the price! In fact, we stayed at the Disneyland Hotel a while back, and found ourselves walking quite a bit more than what we did from the Del Sol this time. We had small children with us, so it was easy to pop out to the hotel for mid-day naps and pool cool-offs, and only needed to give ourselves about 10 minutes to get to the gates before the parks opened. The local restaurants are open late and are reasonably priced. Parking is extremely tight (and all valet), but since we didn't have a car, it didn't affect our stay. My brother, who brought his car, was able to get parking easily, but they usually make you wait until 2pm if they're full. The hotel is an easy 30 minutes from the airport, and our shuttle had no problem finding us. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

“Would stay again.”

We had 2 adjoining rooms so saw both rooms. Both were of same standard. Light, clean and plenty of space. Nice big fridge. Didn't use microwave, hotel behind Dennys (open 24 hrs).No noise from there though. The staff at reception were very helpful with regard to local information etc. They printed out directions for my father to find a golf course and specialist shops. We went to see Anaheim Angels play and got us taxis. Continental breakfast started the day off well. Would definately stay there again.
