“very happy”
We had never stayed on the Disneyland property before. It was a wonderful facility, and so close to the parks. We arrived hours before check-in, and even though we expected to leave our bags with a bell man until check in time, we were immediately checked into our room and even upgraded to a better room. We were delighted, and will definitely include stays at a Disney property on our future visits!
“Perfect for Disneyland, especially with younger children”
I'm a recently divorced father of two girls, ages 4 and 5, and took the girls on my first trip with us flying solo. The hotel's accommodations were nicer than I expected them to be, the swimming pools were excellent and fun for the kids, and the location and ease of access to both Disneyland parks were awesome. Although the rooms are expensive at the Disneyland Hotel, the convenience provided and the time that the kids had more than made up for the additional expense. Would highly recommend, and when we go back in a few years, we will definitely stay at one of the Disney properties located at or near the park.
“Disneyland wouldnt be the same without it!”
Resort staff went out of their way to make my 6 year old excited about Mickey and Disneyland. Pool view rooms are very exciting for the kids. Makes a nice break from the hectic day at the park.
“wonderful”
Hotel was organized, and we had a room with a view over the pools. Employees were cooperative and helpful. They replaced the refrigerator that was not working, and the shower had a liner in the bottom that was filled with water. The kids said it was like surfing. I didn't mind cause we were having so much fun being together!
