Great hotel, fortunate to get a park view. Just a quick walk to Downtown Disney and theme parks.

paradise peir hotelPosted Sep 12, 2014
Pros: The staff, hotel room and the beautiful view.
Cons: The food and no reservations for breakfast..
The paradise pier hotel was over all good. the staff was very kind and understandable. The only thing that was really disappointing was the food and even though your in the hotel you have to make reservation and that's kind of stupid. but the rest was fine and our view was GREAT!!!. I usually go to Grand Californian hotel and spa and even though they have many people they have no reservation and its very big with nice rooms.

Hotel is very convenience located, everything is walking distance. Restaurants are just down the road. Keep up the good work on maintenance the place and area. We definitely have fun staying in this hotel. Thank you!

If you must stay on DL propertyPosted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: Location, 4 star accomodations.
Of the three properties, this once give you the best value, but other than being able to walk 100 yards to get into the parks, there's nothing here you don't get at the hilton or marriott for a 1/3 the price. Of note I'm the spouse of a Disney fan, not one myself...

5 years old daughter was excited!Posted Aug 10, 2014
Cons: It was a little far to walk for a child. Specially when she was tired at night. It's good if we can rent a stroller not only inside of the park.
We saw fireworks from our room! Great customer service. Clean.

Great Location!Posted Aug 9, 2014
This hotel was worth the location and early entry perks! We would definitely stay here again! Outstanding view of California Adventure Park and World of Color! Only con ... For the price we expected a better shower head with a decent flow of water.

Nicer than expected !Posted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: Rooms and pleasant staff on reception
Cons: Lady on guest services could have a nicer attitude !
Location: Around ten min walk from parks, near to downtown Disney, nice pool area but not a lot of loungers, people leaving towels on them and not using them
I booked this hotel just for one night as we were staying in Santa Monica and already paying for that room, so it was the cheapest option from Disney. We had a very pleasant surprise as the rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. The only hiccup was that our room key didn't work so had to go to the lobby twice to sort it, which is a pain when you're tired after the parks all day. Other than that it is within easy walking distance of both parks, I was surprised to pay for car parking as we usually go to Florida and Disney guests park free of charge there. Another pleasing incident was that my son left his ipad in the room, (we only realised after about eight hours of being in the parks ) and our room had expired. We rushed back and house keeping had handed it in to lost property, one very happy son! So thank you Disney !

Closer to the park than we thought!Posted Jul 31, 2014
The staff was amazing...so helpful. Check in was quick and never had to wait long for the elevators as others posted. Very nice pool with daily pool party, exercise room and business center, although they could provide a pen and some scratch paper... Would love to stay there again!
