“Excellent Hotel and Beautiful”

“quite weekend”

“Good hotel”

The hotel was good. The first night we had some people come into a room at 2am loud and annoying. We called security who went to the room shortly after we called. When they once again were loud, we called and they were warned they would be kicked out and then they got quiet. Good cookies.

“Not What I Expect From the Doubletree”

I travel often for work, so this is not my first stay at the Doubletree. They were friendly and the room was clean, but the hotel could use some touch-up paint and a deep cleaning. The grout in my shower had mildew, the tv only received 6 channels - with a note on the bedside table explaining they were updating to digital and there was an issue with the set in my room. I ordered cereal for breakfast and they didn't send up a spoon when it was delivered, so I had to call down and request one. I was charged for parking and internet even though it was part of the package that I booked. They did remove the charges the next morning when I showed them my online booking with the information. No major issues, it just wasn't the level of service and attention to detail I would expect from the DT.

“About Average”

The hotel itself was fine, though I wasn't crazy about the hidden charges -- the $15 per day for parking, the $11 per day for internet service, the lack of any sort of breakfast... That said, the room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained, and the location couldn't be better.
