“Great Deal”

Great room. Larger than expected. Breakfast was included but could have been better. I would defiantly stay here again.

“Nice Area”

Very nice hotel. Clean, decent breakfast, comfortable bed. Only stayed overnight but would be a nice place for several days with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would stay there again.

“Nice, but Internet costs extra”

Accommodations are spacious and relatively new; complimentary breakfast carries fewer options than many other hotels in which I've stayed. Particularly frustrated by the tight parking and the fact that Wi-fi was an additional charge.

Area recommendations

Make sure to see a mission, they are beautiful. San Juan Capistrano is especially delightful.

“Nothing Fancy - But Convenient & Comfortable”

This is an "older" hotel and considering the age of the facility it is a little high priced; however, for the convenience (location to my project site and surrounding businesses and services) it was acceptable in the short term. If I was staying for a longer duration, I would probably check for more economical hotel.

“Not too excited place.”

We were placed next to elevator. The sofa bed is not comfortable. Old springs. They don't provide fresh bar of soaps or shampoo etc for the second day. Cheapy service for a Hilton. Probably because of the contract with Expedia. My first booking with Expedia.

“Galant”

We went with a soccer team to this hotel. It is a great family hotel and a great hotel for a group like our team. I like the courtyard atmosphere, and the breakfast is perfect. This hotel has easy access via the free parking garage. I look forward when internet is included, but right now they are still some of the few that charge for internet. Restaurants are all within walking distance. Rooms are nice and large with a door between each room, which was perfect with my daughter. Beds were comfortable, but couch was not as much comfort. I found the Staff to be super friendly and helpful. I will go back again.

“Credit card charged twice”

They charged our cc, despite having prepaid on Expedia. When called about the incident, they we not very apologetic. I requested that the manager call me back, but he never did. In addition there was a condom wrapper found upon arrival in our room, which I wanted to talk to the manager about. The breakfast and happy hour are worth the addl rate usually.

Great location close to dining and Brea Mall. Parking attendants are nice too.

“Like at home”

I grew up in the city that this hotel is located in. Never thought I would be staying in the hotel but it was a pleasure. I accidently booked a smoking room and the front deck staff changed my room without hassle.

“Everything I expected and more”

The title says it all. The room was big and clean, the staff was efficient and courteous, and the hosted cocktail hour and breakfast were a nice plus. The hotel is in good area close to several restaurants and shopping.
