One night stay for Disneyland.

Posted Jul 28, 2015
We enjoyed our stay with Embassy Suites. It was about 15 minutes from the Disneyland Resort. The bed was very comfortable and the room was pleasant. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant because there were not many options around the hotel. The wait staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed our meal. The chef also came out to make sure that we had everything we needed, which was a nice touch and showed their concern for our needs.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a mistake on the bill, but the concierge immediately fixed it.

Loved the room set up, our room was separated from the kids fold out couch and there were 2 tv's. The breakfast was very impressive!

Poor service

Posted Jun 10, 2015
We loved the look and feel of the Embassy Suites but the service was terrible and I found managers to be unfriendly. Our room was not cleaned two days in a row and we had no clean towels. Had to complain numerous times. Breakfast area really backed up and not clean especially floors. Rest of experience was great, it is a beautiful hotel just under staffed.

Cheap van service to Disneyland

Posted Jun 5, 2015
Pros: Great breakfast and managers reception each night.
Cons: Our balcony sliding door would not open
Location: Right off the freeway, nothing close by, you will need a car to go out to eat or shop
Round trip transfers to Disneyland were only $5.00 each. You can come and go as often as you want, so if you want to take a break and return later there is no addition fee.

This hotel is close to major highways and yet quiet at night. Its breakfast is excellent. Room air-conditioning unit has to be improved.

Pros: The staff is very helpful
Cons: Do a better job keeping the club patrons from parking on the hotel side. The security was letting people through, mostly girls.
They need to put thicker windows in the rooms, the noise coming from the hallway was excessive, and it was extremely irritating that there is a nightclub that shares the parking lot and not only was it difficult to get into it was difficult to find a space

Pleased with hotel, that nightclub though

Posted May 5, 2015
Pros: Breakfast is wonderful! Great for a complimentary.
Location: No shopping or restaurants close, but a short 5 minute drive gets you to a busy area. Disney a quick hop on the freeway and only 5/10 minute drive.
During our 7 day stay... only two of those days were a peaceful nights sleep ( Monday and Tuesday). The remainder of the weeks nights were loud and obnoxious, as my family was able to hear music and parking lot chatter from the nightclub until very late. It may have helped to be on the opposite end of the hotel, as we did request upon checkin, but we wound up in the very front corner closest to the club. Traveling with small kids to Disney helped... We were gone until late and the kids were so tired they fell asleep, but not so much for my husband and I! The hotel itself is good... we had a couple problems with towels ( completely out for a couple of the days down by the pool and unable to bring more when we were ready to get out ), but minor details. Breakfast good, Managers Hour very nice... Renovations coming along great! Upon check-out we let them know again of the noise and that we were not happy.... Assured by front desk woman that something would be done in way of a couple nights free sent to our home soon after speaking with the Manager. Will update if that is followed through!! Note: Would recommend to a friend only if they were not needing a peaceful nights sleep on the weekend or if the nightclub is shut down!
