“Not impressed”

Never stayed at a hotel that didn't have a clean up crew. 3 days of staying there and no fresh towels, sheets or anything else you would normally get at any hotel or motel. The smoke in this place is bad-add that to the construction noise at 7 am and it starts to get to you. The room was older than Disneyland. I know they are trying to revamp that place but they should just be taken off the list until it is finished. Stay anywhere but there even if it is a quick trip.

“Will be back!”

This was in our price range, and loved the kitchen. Made it nice place to rest with our two year old. Just bought AP for disneyland and have been looking for a local hotel not motel that is inexpensive to stay at. the upgrade for the nicer room was worth it. With in walking distance from the park. Staff was friendly. Will stay again. Next time will bring a few extra things like dish soap and quarters. Hotel was out of both. We always bring our own pillows and I am glad wee did, the ones they had were a little flat. Over all a lot better than the last place we stayed at, door locked and so did the windows. It was also nice to see security our and about at night.

“Hard beds and dirty bathrooms”

While this hotel was extremely close to Disneyland, it had extremely hard beds and thus, did not provide a good night's sleep before a big day at Disneyland. It was sad that I couldn't do a whole entire day in Disneyland because I was too tired from a bad night's sleep. I was quite disappointed with the comfort of the bed as well as the cleanliness of the bathroom walls. While this seems like an insignificant area of the bathroom, it was quite visible and there were splatters of either food or possibly worse on the wall and it looked like no one bothered to wipe it for some time now. Gross. I would not return to this hotel even for the cheap price or convenience of location. Sad.

“Will never stay at Extended Stay America again!!!!”

This hotel was horrible, the room was dirty and smelled. The shower had no hot water. The hotel doesnt service rooms to remove trash, we had to figure out where to take the trash out ourselves. The walls are so thin we could hear the people, over and next to us. The kitchen was horrible and had no pots, pans, or silverwear!!! We visit the Disneyland area every year at least 3 times and we will never stay here again OR ever recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

“Not for women traveling alone”

This hotel had many workers (males) who were in town to work living there because it is an extended stay hotel and several families all staying in one room. Lots of noise and walking in the building.

Area recommendations

The neighborhood was safe for walking during the day and evening. Walked alone at night safely. Only one negative incidence was encountered.

Getting around

Disneyland was only four blocks away. Walking distance.

“Very bad. Shoddy. .”

We will never go back. Old linens-holes in sheets and burn holes in blanket-in non smoking room. Confirmed for a king bed-got uncomfortable queen. Not clean. Had to ask for coffee maker. No sugar or cream-had to ask. Crappy service. Crappy all around. No ice maker or vending. Noisy neighbors.

Area recommendations

The area is great. Disneyland and Convention Center. Lots to do. Close to beach also

“Very impressed and cant wait to go back over and over”

My stay was great, the staff was helpful and friendly. The outside and inside of the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Shopping and restaurants are footsteps away and in a very quiet area. I am planning to stay everytime I visit.

By Disneyland beause it is in walking distance and there is a lot of things to do in the area.

“Not impressed”

The hotel was not quite what I expected. The rooms were in need of a renovation. Make sure to bring all of the items you need . . shampoo, hair dryer, etc, you won't find any of those items here. If you just want a place to rest your head and don't care what it's like, then this place is for you.

“Inexpensive place to stay in Anaheim”

The hotel was OK. It reminded me of college dorm room. There was no dishwasher and no garbage disposal. It looked like people had put food stuff down the sink. The TV was very small and did not have a lot of stations to select from. There were not a lot of dishes (like a pitcher). The price was very inexpensive. The staff was very friendly.

It was very close to Disneyland (walking distance).
