“quite a surprise”

This ws my first stay at an extended stay type hotel. I was very surprised how clean, well supplied and comfortable the room was. It was perfect for a quiet self-sustained enviroment.

Everything was great with only one exception, nothing real big it was taken care of such as a dirty coffee cup and it was also wrapped, I only had one instead of two. Other than that it was great. I will come back and recommend. The staff was very helpful ann friendly, customer service skills excellent. This staff was in the evening, morning crew on the hand were a bit rushed, appeared to busy yet I was the only standing there and were not speaking English when in front of customers. Nothing big, but it really is. I am a customer service representative and I would like it to be the Carlton Hotel in service. Something to strive for.

No shampoo or conditioner, but then again, its an extended stay so typically people bring their own. Nice and clean, quiet, no odd smells. Great for a business overnight or couple days stay.

If you want to cook your meals without going to restaurants, this place will be a good choice. Also, the location is near by I-5, you can easily travel around LA.

Room was never cleaned while we were there. Towels were never replaced. Cups and coffee maker were dirty!!
