Average hotel…nothing fancy (but not a motel). The bad is that the inside needs an upgrade or thorough cleaning and touch ups. Nothing glaringly off but even fresh paint would go a long way. While our room wasn’t dirty it didn’t feel or smell clean. I liked there were no carpets in the room but the hallway carpeting could use a cleaning to get rid of the smell. A kitchenette but no coffee maker although they did offer coffee downstairs. The good is that it has so much potential. All the staff I interacted with were great…friendly and very helpful. The closeness to Disneyland was why I stayed there. Beds were comfortable and I couldn’t hear anything outside. It worked for what I needed and I would consider it again given the price and location especially if I knew it was cleaned up.

Floors were sticky and warped. Non smoking room smelled badly of smoke. The only Breakfast offered was prepackaged blueberry muffins and oatmeal everyday. Tub did not have a drain plug and new one issued didn’t fit. No humidity vent in bathroom. Table in room had multiple legs that were unstable/broken. Pool was out of order. Staff was friendly and accommodating especially Julie.

Bath was peeling, floor was sticky, food was left in microwave, rarely was there anyone up front to help. Their breakfast had no granola bars like they said they had & they didn't come to front whem bell was rang. Tables & counter tops were dirty. We left something & now they refuse to take my call. I would give this hotel a one star rating but I understand that you get what you pay for. Overall the room was not very clean. There was hair randomly found everywhere, a clogged tub drain that had things floating out of the drain, the knobs for the stove were purely display and did not work (but in fact detached), the fridge was beyond rusty, and the room had an odd odor most likely coming from the AC. The only redeemable quality of the room was that the sheets and pillow cases were relatively clean. If you’re looking for a cheaper hotel to stay at around Disneyland you’d be better off looking at other hotels in the same price range.

We Asked to use kitchen utensils, was told unable to UNLESS we stayed more than one night .I saw nothing specifying you had to book more than one night In order to use kitchen utensils .No tea nor coffee at night either too was part of (Included) 24 hrs . If I could get this property and -3, I would. The woman who checked us in was struggling with life. I don’t want to fault anyone for having a tough time, but she loudly complained while talking on the phone to her boss about every possible thing she could. When we got up to the room, it was filthy. There were hairs on the counter in the bathroom and in the shower. There were dead mosquitoes. The place was a total $h!thole. The towels were yellow instead of white and they were fraying. I would not recommend.

The person that checked me in had an attitude and was rushing me. I decided to check my room before I went to go get something to eat. I opened the door and it smelled like cigarettes. I booked a non smoking room. Then I went to check the restroom and it looked very dirty like the cleaning person was in a rush. I also notice a few earwigs (pincher bugs) near the sink. The room was located in the back of the property which was very sketchy. I went to the office and asked if I could change rooms cause it felt sketchy there and the same guy that checked me in seemed like he was bothered to trade my room for one on the property that wasn’t sketchy. When he I got my new key the second room was decent but the walls were thin and it was very loud. Not many places to eat at. I wish I could get my money back on the sleepless night I received. Stay here is you are not planning to sleep

We went to the front desk twice upon checking in. Once was for the key not working for the room they assigned, then when they gave us the new key and sent us to a different room, that room was already occupied. Third time is a charm, however as we were walking to our room, we passed by a door that had a note from the Sheriff telling them to vacate the property. The lobby was clean but after stepping into the elevator and down the hallways, it looked like a completely different hotel. The floors were dirty and it looked unkept. I will not be staying here again.

Overall, the location to disneyland is what sold it. Good enough for the limited time in room. Dont leave any money or valueables in the room when gone though as they will go missing. The manager wont contact you or try to resolve anything and you rely on police to investigate.

Would never stay here again. Had terrible check-in as arrived after 12 am, which meant we had to wait in the lobby for an hour to be checked in. Also, bed was terrible and furniture broken. For the price we paid, not worth it. To be fair, if you were looking for a place with fridge and stove, might be worth it, but if just looking for sleeping accommodations, really run down and uncomfortable.

The hotel had debris all over the floor in my room and in the hallways. There was a few dead bugs near the elevator. There are bugs everywhere so I understand but worth noting. My bathtub was clogged. It is kind of noisy with the wood floors. We were on the third floor and you could hear everything above you. The property is just a little bit rundown. It definitely needs some upgrades. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also had a problem with the keys to my door. The door was jammed and wouldn’t open. We had to go downstairs a few times. We think the lock was stuck. Decent stay overnight if needed.

Mediocre at best
Overall, the room was clean enough. For the price, I wasn't expecting greatness. Towels and bedding were worn, and seemed older. We booked the room for the pool and the kitchenette. When we asked, we were told they don't maintain the pool, so it was closed. Also, there was no coffee maker in the room, as stated in the description. We could request one, but when we asked for cups and utensils they didn't have any available. The 'breakfast' was just some prepackaged muffins and coffee. We stayed for 3 nights and they never emptied our trash or offered new towels.
