We ended up checking out and going to another hotel. Dirty towels in the hallways. Dirty rooms, clogged sinks. I can honestly say I have never seen a properly in condition this poor.

After booking through Expedia, I arrived to find the front doors locked. When the desk clerk finally opened them he informed me that they had overbooked their rooms and, despite having a reservation, there were no rooms available.

First hour I checked in, I found the bathroom sink very dirty, it looked like there were dried puke on the sink. Second day I was there, I found the bathroom flooded with water possibly coming from the room on top of us. The front desk person who dealt with me was blaming me for choosing an old building, saying that “well, this building is old, we have one in Irvine which is definitely new”. I did not like his response. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The building looks great but once you go inside it’s old, dingy and dark. The front desk agent, did not even a knowledge us while waiting for him to be off the computer screen, it looks like he didn’t want to be there, poor customer service

The property is rundown and dirty with unsavory characters hanging around. The "breakfast" area was dirty with no cups for coffee and a few small muffins out. This was typical during the entire breakfast period. The room had dirty stained carpeting, dirty windows, and the armchair upholstery had been slashed. Cleaning carts were left blocking the Welcome sign in the lobby when not in use. Also, curiously, the shower curtain was hung inside out with the easily replaceable half liner on the wrong side. I was very glad to check out!

This location is a half way home or shelter. The location had a mildew smoke odor throughout. The beds are springy, carpets are stained and torn, furniture is hold and tattered.

We ended up leaving and going to another hotel. The first room was filthy and had not been cleaned and the second room was the same. There was no way we could stay there and feel comfortable.
