“Not very impressed.”

The front staff was courteous, however, I paid for internet access and they did not give me at check-in the code so I could access their internet service. by the time I went back downstairs to the service desk, the clerk had gone home and there was no one there to help me. ( I did go back the next day at check out and demanded a refund for the service, which they did refund me without question) The room was clean, but the mattress was old and overused. the springs were very noisy and the mattress was not well placed on the frame. I sat on the edge and the mattress almost flipped me off the bed. Also, the guests in the room upstairs kept me up all night. They ran from one side of their room to the other all night. It was ridiculous how they kept stomping back and forth all night. I have stayed here before and this is the first time I have had such a bad experience. I will think about it twice before staying here again....

“Just a place to sleep............”

We were in town for the Holidays and needed a Hotel ~ nothing fancy, you could hear dogs barking in other rooms; thank goodness we weren't located in close proximity. There was also marijuana being smoked in a room that led to our ventilation.

“Nothing fancy”

I was somewhat familiar with the area, I was there for only one night, and I didn't use their Internet, so my review won't help for long-term visitors. It's a great value if you just need a place to rest. If I were staying for more than one night., I would have asked for the queen bed room.

“worst hotel I ever stayed at.”

Worst extended stay hotel. While they didn't have my booked room available, they had the audacity to try to charge me extra for the smaller room when I check-out. No bath towels were available.

“orange countys best value”

very nice area to stay ,in the foot hils but close to shopping and town; well equiped accept TV was small but that was ok. full kitchen. i was on the go so this motel was perfect. staff was very friendly. i will stay again. thx extended stay and expedia for quality and value

“Will stay here again.”

We arrived at 2 am and departed at 11am, we only used the room to sleep, beds were a little hard but other than that, it seemed like a safe and nice area. I will be in CA for 10 days and will be staying here again due to a full kitchen and onsite laundry... Our room faced the freeway and we did not hear it at all.
