Convenient location, but problemsPosted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Get the remodeling done!
Location: We went to Fullerton for a funeral. Great restaurants close by.
Heavy remodeling in progress, noisy, dusty. Fire alarm at 12PM

Pros: Close to the University
Location: Location is good and we can't comment on things to do near by because we only stay one night.
It was good and happy with the service, and not very much review because we only stay one night.

Beware of construction and way behind on updatesPosted Feb 17, 2015
Cons: Close it down and then renovate it. A restaurant relocated to a ballroom? Just shut it down.
Location: ANYTHING outside their doors is better than being inside them.
A Marriott property? Really? Wow, If I were J. W. Marriott, I'd disown this place quickly. First, the condition was like a hotel that had been neglected for 15 years. And, then, they decided to do something about it but NOT indicate that when you were reserving a room. I was going to the reunion at my alma mater CSUF. Couldn't get more convenient than a hotel on the corner of the campus. BUT, you could go wrong in doing so. Construction, noise, and a bed that would have made those who were responsible for the Spanish Inquisition proud. Why is it that the thing most remembered about a special weekend is the crap of a hotel that I stayed in. Oh, and did I mention, it's a Marriott! Picture of the founder hanging proud (?) in the lobby. Get a clue. and give me my money and memories back.

Convenient hotel to downtown FullertonPosted Feb 15, 2015
Cons: They are working on the decor, so that will likely be improved. We think that the rooms could be better made up and equipped.
Overall a pleasant evening and night. We found an inadequate supply of toilet paper. The decor is unimpressive. Breakfast was a buffet, which was good.

Pretty good hotelPosted Feb 5, 2015
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but pretty small. The luggage card barely fit inside the room door, and could not be rolled into the room. Nontheless, it was a nice clean room and i'd stay there again.

Older hotel in a nice location in Fullerton, CAPosted Jan 16, 2015
Pros: Location: right off highway 57.
Cons: Toilet seat in my room shows the age. Need to be replaced..
Location: Visiting Cal. State Fullerton
This hotel does not have "free" Internet access in its business center. No refrigerator and no microwave in the room. It charges $10.00 each item per day to have them in your room. I could not find a "public" microwave over to use either. When I stay there, male staffs were friendlier than female staffs. The location is a strong point for this hotel for people visiting colleges in the area. But, very inconvenient to the "food" places. Bed linens were clean and nice. However, grounds and bathroom doors need a few more scrubs.

Dear College-Mom, I'd like to begin by thanking you for taking the time to comment on your previous stay at the Fullerton Marriott. Furthermore, I would like to apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced and clarify some information. Our property includes "free" Wi-Fi internet for all of our guests and presents the option of an enhanced high speed internet for $9.95 per day. We also have a business center on site in case you may have forgotten your laptop or tablet device. As you mentioned there is a fee to our business as it's operated by a third party company. We conveniently have a microwave located in our market near the front desk if you decide to avoid the $10 fee to have it placed in your room. I'm pleased to hear the location worked well for you. The hotel is located near many fast food and sit in restaurants that include our very own Ha'Penny Pub. Our team takes your feedback extremely seriously. We will look to eliminate your "cons" mentioned to avoid this becoming a reoccurring issue. Best,
